It's never easy sending your car to the shop for repairs. Especially when there isn't an option for a rental. Caliber Collison made the process less stressful. Brooklyn was very patient, understanding, empathetic, professional, and pleasant to deal with. She was so nice and sweet which is hard to come by. Ms. Mistee was just as phenomenal. She communicated adequately and kept me informed throughout the entire process. She even provided valuable recommendations. She was very caring and understanding! My car was projected to be ready by August 11, 2025. I got it back July 31, 2025. Thank you so much for taking care of my White Diamond 2.0. Though the service was stellar, I pray I don't have to see you all any time soon! Thank you for the phenomenal service.

Exceptional service. Misty really brightens the place up with her personality. Everyone else was so caring and sweet. They gave me free and fresh popcorn when I arrived to pick up my truck. The body work is unmatched. You can barely tell that I was t boned from the side. I could not recommend them more! I added the before and after photos. What a difference!

My vehicle was a total loss as decided by the at fault insurance company. Anyone who has ever dealt with this process can attest to the frustration that stems from your vehicle becoming victim to careless drivers and apathetic insurance companies. Fortunately, Jake at Caliber Collision did EVERYTHING in his power to make this experience less painful. Jake was absolutely phenomenal! He allowed us to keep our car in their storage at no cost until we could work out details with the insurance company and he even went as far as to assist us and removing articles from the vehicle. Additionally, Jake was happy to provide his expertise for a quote on a totally different vehicle that my family has been seeking to assess for body work. The level of professionalism from Caliber and from Jake specifically was some of the best I've ever seen at a collision repair company. I was certainly return for other work needed.

I would highly recommend anyone bring your repairs to this location.I was rear ended on the road and needed my car repaired. The customer service was impeccable. They walked me through the entire process and saved me money in the long run and worked effortlessly with my insurance provider. They provided consistent updates throughout the whole repair time and had the repairs completed earlier than their original estimated timeline. My car came back to me looking brand new. Thank you to the Caliber team.

Caliber Collision took care of my vehicle every step of the way. They also only took two weeks to fix my car which is amazing. I went through an insurance carrier of the person at-fault for hitting my car, and through them the process was super smooth. They are also quick to answer the phone for any questions you may have, thank you Caliber!

The CC experience was excellent from beginning to end! Brooklyn greeted me with a smile, Misty was very thorough in her pre-inspection of the vehicle and Jake sealed the deal with the final presentation! I would recommend Caliber Collision to the world!

I Recommend you do not go to this location if you are an owner of your own vehicle. they will run up the repairs have your car towed to a friends shop to keep for themselves.

Repair wise everything appears to be good so far. The only reason for the 3 is the car was full of ants after I picked it up. It took me 3 days to get ride of all of them.

Team Lithia Springs was amazing. Very communicative, personal, and concerned. The receptionist was extremely sweet…sorry couldn’t remember her name. Jake was great in keeping me updated on the progress of Storm (my car’s name ☺️). He did an excellent job of explaining what repairs were going to be done as well as showing off the repair work of the repair team. I definitely don’t want to be in another accident but if I am I’ll definitely choose this location again!
