If you are a person who does not know the English language, the cashiers do not want to serve you even if you explain to them with your cell phone translator. They ask you to stand aside to attend to other people! I hope this can change one day.

Don’t bring your checks here if you only want to cash them. This is one of my banks I stopped by to cash a check. The Rep Joyce took it upon herself to deposit my check when I clearly said I would like to cash my check. This bank needs to do better I never had this issue with any other bank. Now only 1/4 of my check is available. Find another Bank that the teller can understand what you’re saying and listen.

This is a good bank you go in to a clean environment, the people are nice they don't make u wait long. A notary is here. They go up and beyond to make your time spend there comfortable.

Be careful, all the Latinos in this bank, there are people who work there just for wanting to deposit a check. The person who helped me told me I will give you 325 on that day and the next day they would give me the extra and it turns out that I had deposited $100 per which would be $425 in total and it turns out that she was counting the $100 that I deposited and she had only set $225 to use and they wanted to steal the $100 from me and just because I wanted them to give me a correct ticket with what they were going to give me that day the police wanted to fire me even so you put your money in the bank they earn with our own money then because we are latin they want to discriminate against us and the worst thing is that they are Africans they are not even from here they are racist people better look somewhere else

This is the worst banking establishment I have ever seen and I've seen a few. The Thornton Road branch can place a "restriction" on an account , tell you it's for your protection, deny access to your money for two weeks without giving you a reason why! I wouldn't recommend my dog deposit his bone in their care!!!

I went to my local branch to get help to start a new account and was told I have to do it myself on my phone.. in the branch. A lady sits with me while I try to fill out my info on my phone and was met with an error. She was able to look up my “account error” on her computer in front of me but was able to help me make an account. Whats the point of that? Very unhelpful

A bank, is a bank. Rarely is there ever reason to leave a review of a bank. You go in, deposit or withdrawal your money, and you leave. Maybe you were setting up a new savings account for your child and you appreciated the help and the genuine feel that you were helped. For the first time in my life, I found the need to write a review for a bank... I went in to deposit some cash that I had sitting around, and when I walked into the lobby where the ATM's are, if you were blind, you would have assumed there was a homeless man shitting and smoking a blunt in the lobby. It completely reeked of s*** and weed. I've got a pretty forgiving nose for marijuana as I live in the area, but I have never been so disgusted in an establishment in all of my life.

My husband had an issue with a wire transfer where Chase could not account for the wire and it took longer than 24 hours to resolve. We called 5/6 times to customer service and the call was hung up each time. He finally decided to go inside the branch after the last call. Thanks to Ms. Lupa (Lupe) at the Thornton road branch in Austell, GA for making sure everything was taken care of! She went above and beyond to correct a poor customer service experience. These 5 stars are for her, not the experience.

I was told to go to this branch by customer service and another chase bank as they were the only location with a private banker that could assist me. All I need is a reg form that was not completed when Chase originally opened up my account (not my fault).Upon getting that information I called to confirm and I was told that the private banker was there and I was welcome to come and wait in the lobby. When I arrived the banker walks over to me and tells me that she can’t help me because she has appointments. It is exactly 1 hour before the bank closes and all I need is a form to keep my account open. I explained that I had driven 45 minutes to find this location the banker didn’t care and walked off refusing to help me saying she won’t have time — she never even tried to help.When I called I spoke with Carmen who told me to come. I don’t know what the personal banker is but I’m not even gonna try I will say she look like she just had a nose job — she was black. Again all I needed was a Reg Form to keep my account open.With the amount of branch locations and the amount of people who can actually assist you with your banking needs, I would not recommend this bank to anyone. You would think they would want to keep accounts open versus closing them by refusing help.

Maria is so awesome I came in today with the weight on my shoulders that I wouldn’t get my bank account back up and running today. But the great customer service that she has wouldn’t let her or I give up on the situation with out Maria help today I wouldn’t be getting my account open even though it’s not at this branch she didn’t quite until she had a satisfied customer#Above&Behind
