The lady working there has no clue what’s she’s doing I came to transfer my sisters number and this clueless lady transferred the wrong number and told me to call bc they wasted 2 hours doing nothing and had me on hold for 40 minutes then forgot and when I asked why would she tell me I can call hung up. I asked her how she even did the transfer without the other phone their and took ZERO accountability and said she didn’t do nothing like they are so stupid and unprofessional clearly don’t know what they are doing. The phone that they wrongly transferred is still not working and they didn’t take no accountability

If I could leave zero stars I would. Customer service sucksssss ! I went into the store for help with my phone not having service and thinking something was wrong with my SIM card. The manager looked at me and said I don’t know how to figure it out because I have an android and not an iPhone. And you can go to another store for help. If Xfinity store wasn’t closed I was going to switch service today. I decided to give the store on Mableton Road a try and Stephanie was a hugeeee help and my phone is back working ☺️

if i could i would give this 0 stars. i’ve been a customer with this company for 10 years & the customer service i received from Paige was horrible , she didn’t greet me with a smile nor did she acknowledge any of my questions. Cricket please do better on the people you hire because i will be switching my family plan.
