I went to go pay my monthly storage fee & the site was closed..I went during posted business hours to avoid the online or by phone $8 convenience fee...I go in to pay when they finally opened on Tuesday.. they tell me i have a late fee assessed. This doesn't make any sense when I went to the site to pay & they were closed during business hours. I been with Cubesmart for six years & the fees have more than doubled.. The clerk Ashley was wonderful cause I know this is out of her control & why is the district management so difficult to get in touch with at Cubesmart.. I need for them to contact me about these issues..
