Nnamdi is the manager and he always goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. He is the true epitome of what a great customer experience should be. Enterprise is truly lucky to have such an asset to their team.P.S. He deserves a raise.

I was having a horrible customer service experience at a dealership across the street Enterprise. I made an online reservation and walked across the street where Manager Nnamdi O was arriving to open the store front. Not knowing what I was going through and having a line I watched as he made each and every renter feel appreciated and heard for concerns that really were not his doing. When it was my turn the vehicle I had reserved was not in the best conditions and he put me in a nicer/cleaner vehicle for a small up charge. He gave me his card and told me to call if I had any issues. When it came time to return the vehicle both Nnamdi O. and assistant manager Mario T. worked with me to extend my rental due to my vehicle still not being ready. When I finally did return they both assured me that they would be ready to assist with any other rentals in the future and that they appreciated me choosing Enterprise when there were four other rental options on the same street. They earned my business for future rentals.

Was supposed to be renting a car this am to travel home for my grandfathers funeral and upon yesterday was told something completely different than what was previously told to me & had to cancel due to this. Very irritating/frustrating b/c even after reviewing the policies it doesn’t state what Nnamdi said. Enterprise service has been dwindling! I travel alot and use this company and no matter what state I’m in it’s always something. And to think they reached out to me to come work for them. I don’t want any parts!

Was told to wait to be verified for something. Only to be told an Hour later I couldn’t take the vehicle. Just tell me from the get go instead of wasting my TIME!!!!!!

Worse location ever. They always lie. Nothing is always right. I wouldn’t rent a car from them if it was a $1 day. They are just horrible.

Customer Service here is terrible. Manager here name “Trae” is rude and should not be a manager let alone an employee. Save yourself the hassle and disrespect and go a few blocks down the street.

I am very pleased with enterprise and there services!! While my car was being fixed in the shop due to being hit from the side..Mario and Juan were awesome with great customer service, very professional and kind. The Toyota truck was very suitable for me and my family. I definitely would recommend this enterprise..They are the best!

This was my first time renting from this location and the staff was awesome especially Marcus he was thorough, friendly and courteous. I will definitely rent from this location again!!! Thank you Marcus for being who you are!

I got a rental car here due to my truck being damaged thru out last hail storm. Customer service was great at the pickup. After leaving I noticed the plates on my rental were expired. Making it worse I workin the same lot as Cobb Police. The car was flagged twice for expired plates in the lot. I called and was told I can bring the car in and they will look to see if the new plates were at Enterprise and if not I would be placed in another rental. I returned this morning, customer service was still great but they ended up putting me in a much smaller vehicle that the associate knew was too small for me. He did suggest that I can turn it in for a bigger vehicle once one was available. Sadly enough they are closed Sundays and I'm left to do the leg work to get into a car I can drive comfortably to and from work. I really honestly feel if it was a mistake by the staff to put me in a vehicle with expired credentials, they could at least make it simple for me and call around for a vehicle comparable to my insurance $$. And I wouldn't mind paying the extra just to be comfortable for my day to day. Not fair that I'm calling around and wasting gas money to correct a problem that I wasn't responsible for. I feel the ball has been dropped in the middle of the play.

I had to use this location to rent a car under my insurance with Allstate while my car is being repaired. I reserved a full size vehicle at lease a week prior to pick up. When I arrived, I was told they didn’t have any full size vehicles and that I needed to wait even though I saw at least 2 Toyota Camrys on the lot. After waiting for a while, I was given an option to get a larger vehicle for an up charge or a corolla or pick-up truck. The corolla was too small so I went with pick up truck. Let me just say the Enterpise Clean Car pledge is a JOKE.I am convinced that Enterpise deliberately gives insurance customers their absolute worst cars. I say this because there is absolutely no way they can look a paying customer in the eye and tout “clean car pledge” and give them what they gave to me. This was hands down the filthiest car I had even seen. There was dirt and stains all through the vehicle and it smelled horrible. Please see the photos!!! The rep had the nerve to tell me no smoking or pets in the vehicle but they gave it to me reeking of smoke and whatever else. The only reason I drove off in it was because I had a flight to catch and no more time to waste looking for the best out of the worst. Allstate will definitely hear about this as well.
