These people have no sense of urgency when it comes to delivering in a timely manner. I've been tracking my package all day yesterday and today, they wouldn't update the tracking. I couldn't even tell whether or not it's even being delivered. I called customer service multiple times with different representatives finding different ways to connect with this center to update my case only to find out at the end of the day that my package will not be delivered and I'll have to come by and pick it up. Very, very, unprofessional

I was told yesterday that there is a 10 box limit for Ground drop off's. Just warning those who may need to ship more than 10 boxes. We have done business at this shipment center for 11 years and this is the first time I was made aware of a 10 box limit. I had 13 boxes and had to come back and ship the other 3 (Still trying to process this and understand why I just couldn't ship the entire 13 at one time.

They say pakage attempt to deliver and take a picture of pakage only and don't attempt to deliver so you can pick it up yourself then you have to wait longer for them to find pakage

horrible fed ex. the delivery drivers, if you can even call them that, are completely useless. they don't care about your packages or if you get them in time or on expected date. not to mention they are non responsive, I hope i never have to do business with this fedex branch again.

Came here to drop off a package and was told it was not the place okay fine. I’ll go elsewhere BUT THE BALD HEADED HOE THAT WORKS THERE WAS SO RUDE. Y’all need to train her to have better customer service!
