“Was going by the cemetery to visit a friend's grave and stopped in Frances florist on a whim to see if I could pick something up affordable to place at the grave.I was greeted by 2 of the kindest ladies and told them what I was wanting and hoping to spend and left the rest up to their choice. She walked out with the most beautiful little arrangement that was absolutely affordable.As someone who usually just picks up flowers at the grocery store, I can tell you I will never do that again! I'll be coming back here from now on.They also have a little show room in the front with all sorts of flowers already arranged and a few little gifts. Highly recommend just stopping by to see what they have.Thank you so much for your kindness and for going further to answer my other plant question.”

“From beginning to end, I have been impressed by The Flower Cottage and Gifts. I spoke with Randall this morning when a big flower distributor was unable to accommodate a same day request. Randall was kind and creative in discussing the floral arrangement to go out for a dear friend. He was empathetic and engaging. And Alice, the delivery specialist, was eager to make sure the delivery was made on time and left in a safe space for the recipient.
