Booked my stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta Six Flags through the Hilton app while driving in from about an hour and a half away. I asked for a room close to the elevator since I carry a lot of camera gear, and they took care of it—super convenient! The room was clean and comfortable with two queen beds, and breakfast was your usual solid Hampton spread to start the day. Hilton hotels are always my go-to, and this one didn’t disappoint.

I checked in at 4 and hate to wait for my room to be ready. My reservation was made a week prior. The TVs just go out at times. My room had not been thoroughly cleaned. There were toenail clippings on the floor.

Spent multiple weeks here for work, am a rewards member as well. Called the front desk on 1st day because a dog in neighboring room was howling and barking all day, was told it would be addressed.
Came back after work on the 2nd day, dog still howling and barking all day. Called front desk again, was told that I can move, and no one in neighboring rooms was complaining.
Upon check-out I asked the front desk for a survey link, was told it was sent...never got it.
Also, AC thermostat does not work, keyless entry doesn't work.
Do not recommend, stay somewhere else if you value peace and quiet.

We stayed one night after a day at six flags. The location is perfect. Two miles from the park, and in close proximity to plenty of restaurants. The room was very clean. The breakfast has plenty of options, and the dining area is large. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. If visiting the park again, we would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here every week for the last 2 months.
1) active construction site next door. Woken up at 4am. Hotel handed out air plugs.
2) orange juice machine always out of order.
3) have to ask for towels because house keeping doesn’t show up.
4) Have arrived and had no shower gel or shampoo in room.
5) If you’re diamond status. It’s doesn’t matter here. Can’t choose your room. Can’t check in early. Several times my room wasn’t ready until almost 5pm. When I have tried checking in several times around 1pm, I received attitude from the front desk telling me check in isn’t until 3pm.
6) hotel needs some repairs. See video.
7) slow internet, Have to keep logging to regain connection.
8) Good luck on watching TV. TV had no signal constantly. Many times the picture froze and would be like that for hours.
9) Had bugs / insects in a couple rooms.
10) If an event is going on, expect to over pay for your room.

The ladies on the front desk very professional and helpful and. Beyond. They personally took care of two requests we were having issues and the hotel was sold out. Thank you for taking care of us and make our night comfortable. Is appreciate it.i do recommend this place. If you can find a room available.

Hotel is in great location with lots of stores/restaurants nearby and service was great. Breakfast was good each day, (more attention needs to be paid to the waffle batter as that seemed to be a consistent issue). My only issue was the bathroom- outdated and not the cleanest. We had to clean our toilet ourselves and the floor had hair on it and the toilet paper holder was full of dust.

Horrible customer service! Also, was given the incorrect room. They were not very accommodating to their neglect. Front desk manager wasn’t very pleasant also!
