Trellis and Jamil helped us. We walked in about an hour before closing and Trellis welcomed us with open arms! She got us what we wanted and we left with a car! Loved her! You need to buy a car from here!

I have been coming here since my first car in 2014 when hoover was named heritage, I've gotten all 3 of my VWs serviced here and I don't take them anywhere else, if you live in austell or douglas county and drive a VW, hoover is the place to be

When everyone else told me no, Hoover told me yes. Best car shopping/buying experience. Everyone was helpful and worked hard to get a deal done for me. Big shoutout to the salesman Sir. He worked day in and day out to get a deal done for me. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a great car but even a greater car buying experience to shop here.

Sir Hill was my salesman. He was very professional, worked with me, and was able to get me in and out within 3 hours. This was my first car so I was very inexperienced and he was able to give me all the information needed. Definitely would recommend going to this dealership, all the employees were very nice. We loved Sir so much that my partner decided to go buy a car from him the next week.
