Don’t come over to this store Ms.Julia is rude, I was literally in the store for like 8 mins
I went to the back and was looking at some braiding hair and I was like pricey for one pack of hair, nawl I’m good, was on the phone at the same time, Julia ask me if I need something, am I good, and I said yea , she was like I thought you was gonna get the oil bc I mentioned it to her when I was in the store but I was distracted bc I was on the phone , which she was too! But when she came up to me trynna kinda check me bc I was in the store I guess for a while to her, it was like she was rushing me and I said oh hell nawl I’m good, like your not about to rush me, I’m a paying customer, maybe she was on her period but , I don’t care if you are the owner have some business and class about yourself

Business hours posted say this beauty supply closes at 8:30pm but closed way earlier. I’m here at 8pm and it’s closed, lights off and employees gone which leads me to believe they closed even earlier than that. Very disappointing to waste time when I could’ve went elsewhere.

My family and I have been at this place of business spending money at this hair store several times. However, during our recent visit, my daughter was accused by the owner of not purchasing a rubbing fragrance she had touched , despite just making a purchase. My daughter sat the fragrance next to the gel products and was told not to leave the store and to go get the item. This made us feel uneasy, as if our child was being accused of theft. The owner's behavior was classless and unprofessional. Plenty of customers go in the establishment and place items anywhere. I will not be returning to this place.

My family and I have been at this place of business spending money at this hair store several times. However, during our recent visit, my daughter was rudely questioned by the owner about a rubbing fragrance she had touched. My daughter smelled the fragrance and sat the fragrance next to the gel products not thinking nothing of it. She was questioned as she was headed out and was told not to leave the store until she went back to get the fragrance bottle to prove she did not still have it on her when leaving the store. All while I had already walked out the door after making a purchase expecting my kids to follow right behind me. I exit first and realized my daughter and son still haven’t made it out the door and that’s when I go back and hear them being questioned by this ridiculous owner. She didn’t question nothing during my purchase to the adults about a fragrance. She waits to rudely question innocent kids once the parent exit the door first. This made us feel uneasy, as if our child was being accused of theft. The owner's behavior was classless and unprofessional. Plenty of customers go in the establishment review products and place items down. I will not be returning to this place.

Friendly, welcoming, and a calm atmosphere. I bought some things and brought my friend back to the store lol. I definitely recommend this shop!

I stumbled across Julia’s beauty supply after searching for an hour for an open beauty supply on a Sunday morning, on an entirely different side of town that I live. (They opened at 9:30!) Oh my goodness! How grateful am I that God led me here. I was greeted by Miss Alicia who was working that morning and she was the nicest, sweetest lady ever. We started talking and although I was in a rush to get to my client, I talked to her for atleast 20 minutes and she was such a pleasure and joy to speak to. She loves her job and she loves the owner. The store is fully stocked with EVERYTHING you can think of and I found exactly what I needed in less than a minute. Not to mention, this business is black owned. I will always go out my way to support my people especially when the customer service is impeccable. Needless to say, whenever I’m in Austell, I will only go to this beauty supply store! Thankyou Alicia, and because of you I am anticipating on meeting the owner Miss Julia! Be back soon! ❤️
