I've had a prescription to be filled for almost 6 months . Still hasn't been filled always saying it's on back order and the manufacturer doesn't have it. My question is why are you only using one manufacturer?

I find it EXTREMELY frustrating that I need to go up there just to be told my medication is backordered and therefore unavailable for who knows how long. I cannot get this information over the phone apparently. This has happened TWICE.

Kevin in the pharmacy acts like he doesn't want his job. He is rude and very inattentive. I have had several encounters with his attitude and this is why I am finally leaving a review. He answered the phone and acted like I was the reason that my prescription wasn't being filled on time because I kept him on the phone too long. Additionally, he did not confirm the prescriptions that I was picking up, so I ended up getting the wrong ones. ?. Kevin, please get a job that does not involve working directly with the public!!!

I love this pharmacy at Thornton Rd in Lithia Springs Ga. The staff Ms Olena , Keith, Obi and Susan are very professional and extremely helpful and informative. Thank you to this awesome group of people??

Prescriptions NEVER ready when they say they'll be ready. Then have to wait additional time with no remorse of what they told you. I just had a c section and in excruciating pain. I called before coming because it hurts to move only to get here and it still not be ready. What makes matters worse is this is not the first time they've done this just today puts the icing on the cake. Wont be using kroger anymore for prescriptions if they can't have any regards for people's time other than their own.

This pharmacy is awful!! They are extremely slow! Lady told me it would take 4 hours for my prescription because they are being… 2 months ago they were behind—at what point do you catch up?? And now you get a lunch break?? Got here at 7:45pm and she tells me it’s STILL NOT READY! And we’re about to close. Needless to say I made a big stink and they filled the prescription… this pharmacy is awful.. use be aware

Literally the worst Kroger pharmacy I've ever been to. Theres a preventable problem EVERY time we go up there. Left my fiance on hold then hung up 3 different times yesterday so we drove up there today just for the unprofessional guy at the counter to say "no refills" rudely when it clearly says I have 3 MORE as of April. We are changing pharmacies after this, I'm very angry with the way that man talked to my fiance.

Please hire more staff to keep up with the workload. Prescriptions should never be on a backload of 3days to refill because a pharmacy is understaffed. They don't even have time to answer their phones. It makes no sense that a customer would have to speak to a pharmacy staff person to confirm a medication that was requested through the Kroger telephone system for refill.

The staff at this Kroger is rude and they lie,, Kieth is the worst, his customer service skills are that of a grinch, it take this place 8 hours to fill a prescription and their very nasty, he really need to be fired. I'm calling the corporate office and moving to a real pharmacy like Walgreens. HATE THIS PLACE!!

The pharmacy tech seem to have 0 interest in trying to help me fill my prescription. I called to confirm that I needed to have my prescription filled and it was an automated message. I was then told I needed to actually talk to someone to confirm it. What was the purpose of the automated system if I need to actually talk to someone???

This place is terrible. They are always out of stock and have no information. Do yourself a favor and use Walgreens. The staff is awful. This Kroger is a mess and super sketchy too.
