They are not suppose to close until 11 but at 1045 the security guard was turning people away. That is so wrong and so frustrating. It should not be allowed.

Excellent location customer service and clean store. Noami, front end Customer Service Money Center employee should be recognized for her Excellent customer Service. She has a wonderful smile and is very patient with customers.

I love shopping in this store before and I like the every week sales and everything but I've been applying there for a job for a courtesy clerk/bagger the past month in early may and I just received a email this morning saying that unfortunately another applicant is being hired over me and I have retail experience target 8yrs and big lots 6yrs now I don't understand why I shouldn't be hired or trained for this position to me that's very unprofessional it's not right at all I wasn't expecting that to happen to me that's discrimination I think I deserve a chance I applied for this position because I think it may be the right position for me I was interested of being a clerk /bagger and stocking freight this is a rejection that is not right.

Store is good and friendly people. Then go to buy gas sign says free air with gas but how come the lady doesn’t know how to turn it on disappointing almost got 5 stars

630 Thornton IS THE WORSE LOCATION ‼️‼️Everytime I get cash back the self check out machines only give you .25-0.75. It’s ALWAYS old stuff , short staff , packed and issues with produce as a whole and a health inspector and someone from corporate should truly do something about how bad that store is from old / damaged meats !! Nearly expired things or already expired items ,To rotten fruits,seafood etc !! This locations IS BY FAR THE WORSE AND THEY REFUSED MY MONEY the guy insisted I typed in 0.75 for cash back yallll be fr !!!! WHO DOES THAT I showed the cash back charged from my card if what I took out and both times on my card etc it’s and still no refund —it’s just disgusted and needs to be shut tf down !! The machines ,staff & customers steal it’s sad better off filing a lawsuit because you’re sure to be sick eating from this location with horrible service I dropped pictures from today JUNE 10th ,24 @ STORE 630 THORTON RD DO NOT SHOP THERE YALL !! WONT EVER REFER OR SHOP AT ANY KROGERS TF AGAIN ‼️???♀️

Update: Considering they shut down their Google reviews, I've had to use my old review to update my experience.
This Kroger isn't good.
• Expired food.
• You have to pre order Deli orders 48 hours prior.
• Employees argue amongst each other over who does what job. They fear to keep their job.
• Roaches in the Produce section.
• Half the employees are talking like it's high school, while a single employee works the Deli's 3 sections. The bakery, cold cut deli, and hot foods section are all run by a single person. That's a labor nightmare.
• You can't find a basket, as they keep them near the front office. People steal the shopping carts anyway, leaving them on the road.
• Pharmacy finally fired an African man, who screamed at 7 people in line, including myself, claiming we were all "Drug addict bums" and that "Kroger doesn't fill Narcotics" he said that to a pregnant woman, felt sick and disturbed, as that's who they hire here.
• had an altercation with the manager over a product I put back on the shelf. She claimed I stole it. I showed her the receipt, and she stormed off. Tall black man who was security looked at it himself, saw no issues, and even called her "Whacked". I showed him where the item I put back was, and he thanked me with no further issues. Aggressive managers can't run a business, though.
• Delivery is non-existent, as I tried to order $50 worth, but I didn't even get refunded. At least Walmart refunds me.
• They refuse to take any form of NFC payment. Tried to use their Kroger Pay method, and it refused to authorize.
• Money services, or rather customer services, will take at least 30 minutes before you get what you want done.
• Police are always here on a normal occurrence due to either false reports made by "select" employees or thefts. Genuinely speaking, It's not even worth stealing from this store.
• Saw a young boy, about 16, Steal Vaseline.... unfortunately, I was waiting in line behind him, as he put it on near a private area because he was bending over, and walked out with it. I had to walk to another register as I was sickened by that.
• They often don't have half a gallon of milk in stock.
• Employees are being paid extra to review this page with 5 stars to combat their poor reputation.
I'll update this review with photos in the next coming weeks, that's if they don't completely close their store page.

I have to recognize Zandra for the customer service that she provided me. She was friendly and greeted me with a smile. I could tell that she was truly happy to assist me. It is rare these days to receive the type of service that Zandra provided to me and I wanted to take the time to say thank you and to let the management team know what a great employee you have.

The floor needs to be properly cleaned and polished & products need to be organized and cared for. It's a very poor shopping experience.
