I did not not end up purchasing a vehicle, but Daniel was extremely helpful throughout the process and gave good advice to me as I was a first time buyer. Things always work different way for different reasons and he stayed professional throughout the whole process even though I was not able to become one of his customers.

Jimmy (my sales rep), was superb and professional with the deal I pursued for my 2019 Chevrolet Suburban. Just bought a 2018 Honda Accord a hybrid - Cars here are priced fairly per the market based on condition, and carfax was already available inside the dash when I came to check it out. Buying experience was extremely low pressure, and all costs were itemized for me at every step during the purchase. I was offered additional services during financing, but they were not pushed on me.
I worked with Jimmy during the deal. I came in on 5:30 on a Saturday after calling saying I’d be there much earlier. He stayed late to let me test drive and ultimately to purchase the car. I had some problems getting insurance set up, so he came in early on Monday morning to make sure I could pick up the car before work once I got the insurance settled.
During financing, they also helped me shop rates and compare loan terms. Process was completely transparent. Also, their dealer fees are much lower than anywhere else I’ve visited.
When I came to pick up the car, they had it washed for me before I took it off the lot.
Keep an eye on their inventory, because it looks like they have some sweetheart deals you might miss with the rest of the OEM dealers all along the exit off I-20.

I'm definitely pleased with my purchase from M & M. Roy is one of the best people that I've met in a long time. His kind words and laid back demeanor definitely helped the process be as smooth as possible. I was never rushed into purchasing, and was never even asked to buy my car. I made the decision to buy my car with no pressure at all. And I'M SO HAPPY WITH THE 2014 INFINITI Q60 that I bought. The car is in damn near perfect cosmetic condition and it passed the 128 point inspection with flying cars. I basically got a brand new car. I would definitely buy from here again and would recommend that any one that is looking for a good used car, to definitely go here and ask for Roy. Rebecca is also very nice, kind and was a great help in my process of buying a car

Very smoother Transition. Jimmy was a pleasure to work with. Very happy with our purchase. There was no pressure to buy and the price was very fair.

I have bought 2 vehicles all cash upfront from this place! 1st experience was good.2nd experience is terrible. The lady with the glasses is very unprofessional also the man as well. They charged me for service I did not receive, I called them to inform them of the problem and no one answered the phone, I then left a voicemail for them to call me back and no one ever did. Now they are also saying I never did this... shocker. And covnviently never heard a thing from them until they saw I had disputed the charge. I had to pay someone else to actually fix the issue they did not fix. Instead of taking accountability for their macanhics mistakes they just want to try and take it back from me. I no longer recommend this establishment and I'm very disappointed in how I have been treated this far. Very bad business!!
