“Listen, I never ask for help when I’m in stores and just figure stuff out on my own. But the store wasn’t really busy around 10 am and I needed help with 2 graduation outfits. When I tell you all 3 girls on staff jumped in to help, they were ready to make sure I looked my best in the outfits I had picked. Because you know how something looks like it matches but you’re just not too sure? Yeah these girls made sure it was matching. I recently had an outstanding experience at the Old Navy store in Hiram, GA, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the manager, Sea. I called the store in a rush, needing to find a specific type of shoe for my daughter for an upcoming wedding. Sea went above and beyond to assist me.
Upon learning that I would be at the store in about 20 minutes, Sea took the initiative to select several pairs of shoes and have them ready at the front counter for my arrival. When I got there, she personally went over the options with me, ensuring I found exactly what I needed.
