What should have been a 1-2 hr. job, turned into a 4-5 hr. job. However my tech stayed with the process and completed the job inspite of a few unknown hurdles. I’m sure they all are, but I can only vouch for Tyrell’s professionalism and customer service.

Great experience at this location getting my windshield repaired. Dominic was awesome from the time we arrived till the job was completed. He has a great personality, he’s customer centric and also very knowledgeable about the process and completed the job well and in a timely fashion.

My experience with Safelite was phenomenal! The staff was very professional, knowledgeable,and friendly. My technician was the best he gave me a lot of knowledge of how to care for my windshield and informing me of my warranty. His work was done in great timely manner and he took care of my car like it was his. Thank you Safelite for your outstanding service!

I was out before the estimated 3 hours which I appreciate. I also appreciate Dominic (spell check) being patient with me while I got my payment sorted out. He also saved me a step having to go to Honda to check my brake system. I tried to call to thank him but could not easily get connected. If he could give me a call back that would be greatly appreciated!
