Terrible experience. I do not recommend feeding a group from this location. Maybe they can stick to one sandwich at a time. They sold me 12 chocolate chip cookies (online order) and when I got there they didn't have any cookies except OLD OATMEAL. They didn't tell me that either I had to ask when they gave me my order without the cookies. The manager shouted at the employees from the kitchen. Sandwiches weren't marked - just a big gross mess.

I don’t know if that make employees is new but he was touching stuff and his pants with the gloves on he tried to prepare my sandwich with. Disgusting. I had to leave without finishing building my sandwich

I did a online order on my lunch break for curbside. I order at 12 and was told it would be ready by 12:25. I received a notification that my order was ready at 12:17. I had to go into the store at 12:35 because no one was bringing my order. As I walk in the employee was just pulling the bread for my order. I verified that it was my order. I'm so unhappy with the service. I would've been better off coming inside and ordering. Online /curbside is a convenience that is offered by subway at this point this location failed at fulfilling their services they claim to offer. I ultimately received my food at 12:50 and they didn't have the cookies I wanted so the employee felt it was ok to give me what she wanted versus confirming with with any alternative. Definitely will not be returning to this establishment.

I placed an online order because I just wanted to pick up my food after a long day at work and go about my way because it was already paid for thinking it would be ready because the app said it was steady. When I got to subway there was 1 customer getting her food made at the time she was requesting a lot of stuff that she wanted the employee to do which is understandable because she is paying for the service so as I waited. A woman walked in, and then a man walked in so the sandwich artist, Stephanie, decided to skip us and greet the man and serve him instead, not saying nothing to us.. and told the customer is she getting cookies or place a online order because she said something about her not acknowledging us. I felt that was disrespectful on her part and not the customer . Knowingly that we were next in line, plus I was already hungry because I didn’t know why it took that long to get my online order and the place wasn’t busy at that time . There were also 5 Other online ticket that she decide to pull out. Once I said, I was online order so they didn’t even care about online orders. so I didn’t want her making my food since she had an attitude, so Mrs. Renee came out and made me in that customer order, so thank you Mrs Renee for having such a great customer service skill. You made my experience a good one after that awful situation.

the guy working went yo the back as soon as we came in I had been diving for hrs and desperately needed a bathroom break and some food unknowingly he made a comment to my husband that he hates when people come in to use the bathroom like for 1 I'm a paying customer for 2 I yelled for the guy a few times he ignored me and I seen bathroom key I grabbed it and went about my way. he made us the worst sandwich I've ever ate at subway I do not recommend stopping here if your tired hungry and desperately need a recharge

Took a long time to get my order my sandwich was burnt lettuce brown, tomato was soft. The crew was nice but the food wasn’t good.

Good day...I would go back to this SUBWAY. Pleasant Customer Service,Friendly,Good Vibes,Cares' about YOUR ORDER, Wait Time could have been a little bit better.OVERALL (10)THANKS' SUBWAY!!! I ORDERED: STEAK@CHEESE FOOT LONG!!! p.s...they put extra when asked,& don't act like they paying for it!!!( like nugget sauce) ?

Worker did not switch gloves after talking on the phone and gave us attitude after we pointed it out and continued to touch my friends sandwich with contaminated gloves they call her Ms.Tiffany.
