Good experience for me. Arrived two hours earlier and took them two hours to load then I left.

My appt was 4:30 I arrived at 3:30. Lady at the window was very nice. You have to park at the gate and walk inside. You sign in on the kiosk. She took my paperwork and I was unloaded in 36 minutes. All the reviews had me scared but I had a great experience.
