I toured a gorgeous unit at Sweetwater Creek with Courtney. Love her and love the community. I looked at a renovated 1 bed, 1bath and was impressed with how spacious it was. And there are so many great amenities offered for the reasonable price.

This was the fastest the property has ever been with a maintenance request. Two of the three concerns were completed. The most urgent, mold spores, is supposed to be taken care of this week. Keeping my fingers crossed that the same urgency energy will be applied to treating the mold.
