Was there for a while, unit leaked water from roof and damaged my stuff. Theyade it clear they weren't responsible. Doors leak underneath with heavy rain. Found rat droppings all over stuff when i move my stuff out.

Been there several yrs. 2 owners and now Recently under new management (ownership). Never had a rodent problem, until now. According to the new owners they suggest it's my problem & to get rental (storage) insurance. In so many words they can care less.Rent at your own risk.

The prices are good but I don't feel secure out there they have fencing in the front but not in the back there are lights but they have taking all the bulb out of them so they want come on at night to save money I guess. I told the owner about it he said that he would fix it but he didn't so I put my own bulb in it he took it out at put one of his own that was blown I went back and told him that his bulb did not work he gave me another one I put it in it did not work either not because it was blown but because he made it so the lights would not come on at night by the sensor they went through all of this over one light bulb because they are to cheap to pay a light bill .And every time I go over there they are watching me like I'm stealing my own things they make me feel very uncomfortable I don't recommend to anyone
