“Jacob was a Godsend. Hubby hit a curb & blew the tire. Normally we’d put on the spare but were concerned if the rim was damaged. The big tow company we use takes police calls so it would be hours. He waited & then we found Jacob. He was there within an hour of the call after finishing another tow. So thankful he came to our rescue. “I can not begin to tell you how wonderful my experience was with this company! The professional is astounding. My son’s vehicle broke down at the mall and HHH Towing sent Thomas. Thomas is not only great at getting the job done, he is a great human being. I had to run home and get the spare key and Thomas waited with my son and the vehicle until I got back. My son was upset about his vehicle not working but Thomas assured him that everything was going to be okay. When I got back with the key, my son and Thomas were like best friends! “I’ve dealt with a vast amount of towing companies. This is the first towing company that seemed to give any care to what we needed at the time of our incident. We all know wrecks can be bad in various amount of ways but wheelers allowed us to retrieve our belongings needed for work as well as school from the vehicle once it was in the lot bear in mind after hours. You find me another towing company that allow you that opportunity you let me know. They went out of their way to help us when we needed them the most and we are ever grateful for them. “I want to sincerely say THANK YOU to the driver and staff at Dixie Towing! We traveled from out of town for Peach Bowl 12/29/2023. Car broke down on 20 East HEAVY traffic New Years weekend. I called the lady and was so kind. Had a driver there in 15 mins. The driver was so kind and helpful. Brought our car to Cummings GA to a repair shop. Highly recommend this towing company.
