The worst post office I have ever been to! I did a hold mail request and went to pick it up and the black girl kept saying your mail is not here. Then had me fill out some form they made up to pretend she was going to request my mail. I went back 3 days later and they still don’t know where my mail is! So basically they lost it and don’t care about where it is! I definitely made a report on this post office because they are suppose to hold my mail not the distribution center! If I could give 0 stars I would!

What is going on at the post office? My mail carrier is, and has always been, very unprofessional, and he could care less about my missing package, and the lady at this location will tell you anything to get you out of her face. That is so unfortunate. There is a protocol that should be followed when a delivery attempt is made, and when the customer does their part, so should the post office... That's your whole job!! And With everything going on these days, seems like you'd value it more.

I tried to get in several times to pick up my parcel but alas no one was there! The girl left. I came back later and they closed early! They put a note on the door saying they closed at 4:30 but they did it even earlier! The worst post office I have ever worked with

According to a third party courier tracking my package was dropped off several days ago (still have not been notified about it). I find myself always having to inquire about packages that are delivered from third parties to my P.O. Box. or submitting an inquiry to the merchant about not receiving my package. Once it has been delivered according to the carrier's (ie, FedEx, UPS, Amazon,etc) logistic tracking, it takes this place just about week after it's been delivered to notify you of a package mailed to your P.O. Box. Basically if your package was not sent USPS, it's NOT a priority. At least this seems like the mentality this location has. Only USPS Mail is priority, you'll get your third party deliveries whenever they feel like dealing with them. I have no control over who a merchant decides to ship with, despite it doesn't come USPS does not mean it's not as important as anything that comes USPS. Yet every year, twice a year they go up on rates. What am I paying for? It's definitely NOT for customer service!
Honestly trying another location will probably be as bad as this location, keeping in mind it will still be USPS.

They do not have a mailbox outside to drop off your mail. The only time you can bring mail there is when they’re open, which is a inconvenience.

Depending on the time of day and the number of available staff there may be quite a wait, but overall customer service is very good👍🏾

The postal delivery person helped my handicapped husband put our trash can on the street and our elderly neighbor as well. She is such a pleasant person and excellent delivery too . God bless her.

This doesn’t make any sense to keep calling the location and nobody answering the phone y’all need to get it together and when I call the answering service and they don’t answer but once I do the survey to fail the call all of sudden the system doesn’t recognize that, yall need to get someone that knows how to run a building or something.

A rude nasty letter carrier actually left my mailbox open two days in a row even if I threatened to file a complaint she left it open again today on 2/25 out of spite I have it all on ring camera. I’m most definitely gonna make sure she gets disciplined. I’m not gonna let the issue go even though I know the postmaster probably don’t care.

Just over here trying to pick up a package that someone sent me with a signature required that I missed because the shipper didn’t bother to tell me I’d have to sign.
The post office said it would be here today on the slip they left, but they suggested that I come back tomorrow or maybe the next day since they don’t know where it is.
They also asked to take a copy of the slip so they can let someone know that it needs to be there for me to pick it up like the slip says…because apparently they don’t know that it’s supposed to be here like they say it will unless I make them aware that they said so. That’s a pretty amazing level of incompetence.

This post office needs to be shut down! The amount of rude ppl they have inside and on the phone is ridiculous. I spoke with someone over the phone and she was absolutely the worse. I honestly don’t understand how they still
have their jobs. It’s ridiculous!! I couldn’t even ask my question without getting cut off after every other word. The nerve of some ppl!
