I came in the morning just now and the store was not busy. There were no customers. I only wanted to add money to an account. The employee was helping add the money however needed a supervisor or manager to approve the amount. The young lady called for her manager to finish the process however no one came after 10 minutes of waiting. The employee goes to the manager outside sweeping the parking lot to see if she could help but she did not want to assist her with the process and to keep sweeping the parking lot all while a customer had been waiting patiently. Again the managers name is Chantilly or something similar I could hardly read the name tag. I am disappointed with the service I received. I ended up leaving to do business elsewhere.

The pharmacy technician named Caprijah greeted me with a smile, was very polite, and got me in/out fast. This was actually the fastest and most positive interaction that I’ve had with a pharmacy technician at Walgreens ever. Caprijah’s customer service was outstanding and she was a pleasure to interact with.

What kind of pharmacy doesn't have a pharmacist on location? The staff that were there, were complaining about everyone that complained. I had a prescription called in. I called to check on it and they said it would be ready in an hour.

Why is it that every time I go to pick up medication, there’s no pharmacist on duty? How is my med ready but my pharmacist to give it to me? Make it make sense.

You are better off dying than getting your prescriptions here.
My family has worked for Walgreens for over 30 years and I have never been treated so poorly. Or received such terrible service. It’s like they hired all the people that got rejected from Popeyes and put them here.
If I could give 0 i absolutely would. 1 is being too kind.

The worst customer service experience instore and over the phone. The staff and managers should know how to communicate properly with their customers. Very unprofessional!!!

These fouls are so unprofessional, they wanted me to come to the store just so they could tell me they don't have the medicine I need.I recommend do not use this pharmacy!!!!!!!!!!

DOCUMENT PRINTING SERVICEI uploaded a document and ordered 2 copies that I needed in two days.The confirmation email stated that they would be ready for pickup the following morning. I had someone go to pick them up the following evening so I would have them for a (next morning) court appearance. When they arrived to pickup the order, not only were they not ready, they couldn't find my order in the system at all. What's the use of the confirmation email ? The manager said she didn't Know what to tell me,that I could put my order through again, even after explaining my situation. (Knock-knock). Now, a week later, here comes an email telling me my order didn't process. Really? I wouldn't have known.

I came in to pick up my medicine, because I left the doctor with a positive Covid test, the cashier said it would be about 40 minutes, the store manager , hear me ask why so long, he step in and had my medicine ready in 8 minutes, he went over and beyond. He was getting ready to leave for the day and saw I need to go home and step right in. I was in there on Feb.13 between 4:50- 5:15, l can't remember the time. We need more black men in these manager position to do as this young man did. Thank you so much

This message is directed to the management of Walgreens at high levels, not to the managers of this store, for the second time I am writing regarding the mistreatment by the pharmacy staff of this store because even though I am a disabled person, this staff with their attitudes Rude people give a bad taste to anyone who visits this pharmacy, especially the work group that is here today, February 16, from 3 pm onwards, and I am referring to the women in particular, and today there were three of them. They are bilingual and one is not, but every time I visit this pharmacy, as they know that they were reported by me to the management, they use mockery and mistreatment of me to get even and this will bring legal consequences for the Walgreens pharmacy as well as personal ones and for this reason I half ask that they be transferred or moved from their positions since if they do not know how to treat patients well they cannot be there working because the work is done with love or it is not done at all.
