Baker was late for 9 AM appointment that was scheduled a week in advance. Branch manager told us that we needed to reschedule appointment that we’d taken off of work to attend and was unable to manage his own branch without a worker present. All supervisors should have an SOP in place in the event that certain employees have emergencies. Why wasn’t he able to stand in place for the appointment if he’s the manager?

I had to do wire transfer today, I can’t remember the lady’s name she was sooo helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. And help me do a wire transfer for a new mortgage. I want to thank her. I will be back to that branch soon and acknowledge her because I will know her when I see her. Thank you again!!!!

The banker that I spoke to was unknowledgeable about banking. They take your money with ridiculous fees.

The Hispanic lady that is a banker has terrible customer service and lacks empathy. When I came into the bank the teller directed to me a banker. In her office she was scrolling on Twitter and seemed irritated when I knocked at her door. When I tried to explain my issue she kept cutting me off abruptly and told me said she couldn’t help without even listening to the problem. The young lady on the general banking line had no problem helping me within minutes. The employees may need to be trained more. She made me think about closing my account with you guys.

I'm a branch manager for a credit union and I hope none of my members experience the customer service I received today. I eventually left because the banker had some personal business that was obviously her priority. She didn't know about her job and ACH stop payments; she kept trying to have me a file a dispute for a transaction that may or may not occur. I called the 1800 number and someone very knowledgeable answered all of my questions.

This bank should be closed down for their unreliability and lack of service appointments. It’s been a month and I have tried to send/wire money but the designated specialist seems to always “be off” or maybe the staff has selective assistance for certain customers.

Went in on Jan 12. had $75000 to start savings acct. Told to make appointment. Went home. Did feedback. Branch manager called. Made me appointment for today Jan 15@2pm. with CiCi. Went in. Sat in waiting area. Waited. Another guy comes in. She waits on himWITHOUT APPOINTMENT! Then ask me if she could help. Told her have appt for 2. She looks at her watch (after 2) goes back to other customer. He decides he needs to go to bathroom which he has to leave bank to go to restroom! AND YOU WANT ME TO WAIT WHEN I HAD APPT FOR 2 AND SHE TAKES HIM WITHOUT APPT! You can bet am calling corporate on this one.

I need to send a wire for a house closing. I was unable to do it on line. I did not have an appointment but I explained my situation to the manager Hardy Abbott who prepared the submitted to my escrow attorney, I was able to close on time. Very professional staff

This location is very frustrating. If you need any help other than the bank teller, be prepared for a long wait. Often times they only have one person who does what I need to do so al bunch of other people get helped before me. I've had to leave to pick up my child because I was left waiting so long. One other time I waited super long and once I got to someone who could help me, she backed out saying she was "new" and wanted a supervisor when she notarized a document. I also don't know if other branches are like this but it is a huge to-do just to get into the safety deposit boxes.

I went just to get a document notorized. The banker named monnesia atchison turner me away saying its upto her discretion of wether of not she will do it and she didnt feel comfortable notorizing my federal employment eligibility form. I had all the documents with me.

Yeah they may be nice about apologizing about the wait but it makes no sense to only have 2 tellers running the front on a Friday. Some Friday's there may be 3 but if your line is out the door should've your hands be out of your pocket and you be hands on. Management got on top of the issue what I can say.
