Hands down the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. 7pm on Sat 3/16… sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and didn’t move. Decided to park & go in to pick up a mobile order, only to find dining room doors are locked. Staff looked up and just ignored us. Consistently have awful customer service. Missing items, cold food, sticky tables, ketchup dispensers empty, etc. We tried to give them multiple chances since it was a new location but even months later, it’s still bad. Corporate needs to take this franchise back because the owner doesn’t seem to know how to run it or just doesn’t care. Not coming back until it’s under new ownership.

Placed an order online, they can’t find it. What’s the good of placing on order on the app if I’m charged, yet I’m told my order does not exist. This is sadly crazy.Staff is unfriendly even though I told them respectfully I’d just wait on it. They kept giving excuse after excuse as to why they didn’t have my order. I won’t be wasting my money here anymore.

The worst customer service experience, I ordered in the drive thru and felt judged as soon as I pulled up the the second window, lady with long black braids forgot to give me my fries, I went inside and her attitude was very bad, I even said thank you and she wouldn't even acknowledge my present. Please hire more respectable people. January 18th Time 5:40 pm

Spur of the moment drive-through trip while in the area. Great service and friendly staff. Burger was hot and fresh. Fries were hot and very good. For fast food, highly recommended.

The guy working the drive thru on December 20, 2023 around 5pm. He kept telling everyone have a nice day, and the food was hot. That showed good customer service skills .

This location is absolute trash from the employees to the management. It took 20 minutes in drive thru to get a 10 piece nugget meal and a 4 piece nugget. I paid cash and they gave me the incorrect change. I had to wait another 5 minutes to get the correct change. To top it all off, the nuggets were burnt. Location needs to be revamped completely. It's fast food, it really shouldn't be this difficult.

We have been coming to this location regularly for several months. We drive out of our way to come here because of the food being freshly cooked and prepared with our preferences. Usually, they get it right, but tonight, clearly, the burgers were prepared in advance. The beef patty was cold, as well as the bun. I ordered no cheese only to discover cheese was on my burger. I hope this store isn't falling into the bad habit of cooking food ahead and not paying attention to details when orders are placed.

I went inside and the service was amazing. The lady was friendly and delivered my food with a smile. She thanked me for coming in. Most places doesn't give friendly customer service. I was shocked. The was hot and fresh.Parking: The parking lot was clean.

Every time I come to this store the customer service is terrible. It always closes 30 to 45 mins to an hour before they are supposed to. Also turns customers away instead of welcoming Business. Could not get any service 30 to 45 min before time for them to close.

I only went through the drive thru after placing a mobile order. The app is a bit more fancy than others, but it still bugs out. The food I received was hot, fresh, and well cooked but the portion sizes have shrunken in suit with other fast food restaurants(and everything else). It's still the Wendy's you know and love, just a bit smaller.

I placed a mobile order before leaving my house, about 7-8 minutes away. When I arrived, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my order to be ready. When the young woman at the counter brought my order up, she pointed at the Coke Freestyle machine in the lobby and said, "Is there Coke over there?" I wasn't sure what she meant, so I said "Sorry?" She just repeated, "Is there Coke over there?" I turn and look at the whole Freestyle machine. ??? She walks away from the counter, leaving me in confusion. A few moments later, she walked back and handed me my Coke, which she had filled behind the counter.I still don't understand what she was asking me to do? She refused to speak louder or clarify what she was asking me.My Dave's Double and fries were just ok. I won't be returning to this location to spend almost $13 for one combo. These fast food places have raised their prices so high it's not worth going anymore.

My husband and I are both sick so we decided to go to our new Wendy’s down the street and all I can say is they are very rude people. My husband got the biggie bag and I got a small drink and a medium fries, when we pulled away from the menus part it said $8.76 and we get to the window and the rude manager comes up and says $11.76 so me trying to just believe everything had been changed correctly we let it go. So after my husband get his order and our drinks we are still waiting in the line waiting for my fries, the lady at the window ask if we need something I said yes my fries please I mean I don’t understand how it could have been $11.76 if you didn’t add that last fry on there?♀️ oh well anyways needless to say they need better management and actually speak to someone especially when someone says thank you YOU SAY YOUR WELCOME ?☺️

Excellent service! Food was freshly prepared. All employees were older adults and understood-understands the value of excellent public relationship/customer service-NO ONE had a nasty attitude. This made my experience very pleasant. The atmosphere was just PERFECT! Thank You!

I had to wait 30 minutes on a mobile order while watching the drive through quickly get taken care of. While waiting I noticed 4 employees handling food, 2 of them hand long hair pulled back but no hair net. The other 2 had long hair not pulled back and no hair net. One employee was handling food without gloves.
