Took my Lexus here. Had an issue with getting parts, at first, which I appreciate Wayne for inspecting parts that he retrieve. Once things were repaired I had no complaints. Wayne even detailed my car due to the problems that occurred. Great customer service!

I recently visited A Plus Automotive in Lithonia, GA to get my oil changed, rotors replaced, and brakes serviced—and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The team was professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The quality of work was top-notch, and they made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend if you’re looking for honest and reliable car repair!

The worst experience concerning any vehicle I’ve ever had!!!! I dropped my car off on 7/1/25. Told Wayne I will be out of the country but have international calls and he could call and let me know what was going on. My car was running but taking long to shift into 3rd and 4th gear. I heard nothing from Wayne. Got back on Sunday, 7/6/25 so had to wait until 7/7/25 to call. When I did he stated he hadn’t even touched my car yet. Called several times between 7/7/25 until today 7/9/25; after a week of having my car he could not tell me one thing wrong. I asked him to put everything back from whatever he may have done and I will take it elsewhere. I found another mechanic. As I was going to pick my car up, Wayne calls to tell me he can’t even start my car. When I arrived he still didn’t know what was going on and my car won’t even start. I NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH IS STARTING EVER!!! I asked how did he suggest I take my car where I needed it, he suggested I call a tow. Why would I row my car away when I drove it to him??? If you would like a mechanic who is supposed to fix your car to break it, this is the shop to take it to!!! YOU WILL NOT HAVE A CLUE OF WHAY IS WRONG AND YOUR CAR WILL BE WORST OFF!!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE EVER!!!!!

My antenna was accidentally removed from my car and Mr. Wayne and his crew fixed it back to perfection. Also my oil sensor pressure switch went out. They were able to order the part and replace it. We had a little mishap that mistakenly happened on their end and they were able to repair that as well with fairness. The most important part of my experience of being a client of A Plus Auto Repair is the integrity, professionalism, and kindness that Mr. Wayne displayed. I would recommend anyone to visit A Plus for their car repair.

Five star, through and through. I hired Wayne for a PPI (pre-purchase inspection) at a local dealership, and he helped me out - quick fast and in a hurry. As a young man, that has recently lost his father, having older, black men, willing to lend a hand (last minute) is an invaluable resource. 10/10 will use him to service my truck on the way home from church at New Birth in the future. Faith in humanity - restored!!!! Kindness, patience, and expertise goes a long way! 5 star business.

Their services were GREAT!! Several other mechanic businesses had tried to diagnose why this specific vehicle just would not start or cut off after ignition. A Plus Automotive Repair diagnosed the problem as electrical. And thanks to Wayne at their shop, the vehicle was up and running in just a few days!! They went over and beyond what I expected, very friendly and knowledgeable with reasonable prices! ...who could ask for more than that!!!!
