Michelle is amazing! She provided excellent customer service. She answered all of my questions in terms of the different types of fabric and leather. My first visit she walked the entire store with me to show me all of the options that were available for my living room and family room. She even took me to the clearance section. She also sent me a profile of each set with prices via email. I came back today to make my purchase. She was very patient while I was deciding on the color if the set I purchased. I will definitely send family and friends to Michelle.

Michelle was so great! She was thorough and took her time to show me the entire store. She answered all my questions, quick to answer all my calls and followed up exceptionally well. I will receive my furniture in a few days and I’m confident she will be great following up to the very end. I’ll be ordering more furniture here. Definitely ask for Michelle when you shop here! Well, the salesperson Kaila was the sweetest, but she no longer works there, so that’s null and void! The furniture is cute and the prices are reasonable. But THE DELIVERY TEAM IS GARBAGE! The delivery drivers do NOT know what they are doing. There’s no skill to getting the furniture in, they just dang near break the door down, scuff the walls, throw your stuff down and scratch up the floor. They literally do not care and damage the new furniture in the process. Management here is absolutely terrible, the store manager does not resolve customer complaints, does not answer the phone, and does not call back. Filing complaints is useless with this place. If you order, go pick it up yourself bc delivery WILL be as hassle. I’ve attached pics of the damage during the first delivery. Theres more damage in the second delivery. And these ppl do not fix the damages!

I was in search of some new furniture and decided to take a look in American Signature Furniture. Kacey Webb greeted and introduced himself to me and it was one of the greatest experiences for me. He was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, very sociable and funny. He answered my questions and explained things so well, even the issues with the Synchrony Bank Credit Card and threw in a few jokes also. It was a pleasure working with him. We was not sure of what we was going to purchase then we met this young lady name, Brenda Linton. She was wonderful and was comfortable to work with. She showed several different recliners. She was very knowledge about each recliner. She showed us and then we needed mattress and she was very knowledgeable about the mattress that we really appreciate her. Grant. I don’t know what else to say about it but I’ll be back to America signature to buy more furniture and I tell a friend, so keep employees like that and I keep coming back. Thank you so much, Brenda.

I purchased a bedroom set with the exception of the chest of drawers last year in 2022. When I returned to the store a year later, the product was no longer available in the color that I had. Store manager April managed to hunt down the color I needed and got it to me! Will definitely return for future purchases.
