Buyer Beware this dealer commits YO YO scams and criminal fraud as well as Securities Fraud. I put down 3500 with my trade in valued at 1000. On a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ . After sending the bank the full 30k payment my truck was repossessed by the owner Nelson Clint Ancrum III 21 days into the contract. Dealer claims the bank canceled the contract, bank saying it was the dealers fault for not sending Over necessary documents. So I'm out of my trade in, 3500 dollars no truck and no answers by phone or email from the owner. He has committed Breach of Contract, Breach of peace, trespassing on private property, theft by taking , as well as consumer violations. Suing them as we speak!!!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CRIMINALS.

Negative 1 for this dealer. My car contract was canceled not even 30 days into the contract because their finance people sent Veros Credit Bank the wrong docs. Now my truck was repoed with no notice to me and my 4500 down payment has not been returned. BBB, SEC, IRS and FINCEN will be notified of this securities fraud. Have a lawyer with you at this dealer and make sure u file a criminal complaint.

I would give this dealership "0" stars. Assurance Auto Group (2061 Rock Chapel, Lithonia, Ga) is scamming their customers. Do not shop at this dealership!! They are currently under investigation as well. Less than a week ago, they scammed me to get my down payment and attempted to repo the car 2 days later. They lied on the lender, stating the lender called them stating I was no longer approved for the vehicle because my info shows as if I hadn't been FT long enough, even after being fully approved 5 days before visiting there. I'd signed paperwork for and received around time they were closing that Thursday. They said, the bank told them I needed a cosigner asap that morning (Saturday). If I did not get a cosigner, they'd have to repo the car. I didnt have a cosigner, so I told them I'd drive the car to them and get my down payment. The Finance Manager said okay. Once I arrived (a 55 minute drive), she told me that if i wanted to keep the car, then she can get me approved. Instead, I continued with the last agreement made, to return car and get refunded my down payment. She attempted getting keys from me to look at car but I held onto them to make sure they refunded me because her initial call was odd enough. Next she attempted accusing me of 2 scratches which were already on the front and back bumper. Once i told her i took pics of the car before I pulled off, she looked for other reasons to avoid refunding my down payment. She made a quick call, telling someone I'd been working less than 2 months. Then stated the GM would call me. He'd call to tell me that he wouldn't refund the down payment because I changed my mind on getting the vehicle after agreeing to get the car. He said, "You cannot return the car once you drive it off the lot." Then kept going back forth saying I'm approved for the car but they are able to make sure that I'm approved. He said they could only reimburse me for gas and time. ==I had made arrangements to return the car, while my kid was sick, because they told me they'd repo it. So they broke the agreement once they called with the odd lie about the car's lender calling them. I got the P.D. involved to assist, but the GM still avoided refunding me. I handed the Finance Mgr the keys and left car at the lot while P.D. was onsite. ==Current result: They wrongly kept my down payment when they were supposed to have refunded it (I didn't forfeit it). They lied on the lender (I spoke with the lender afterwards). If I didn't drop car off on that Saturday afternoon, they would have repo'd it, then charged me for repo'ing the car, $450 fee. I would've had no car, the stolen down payment, a repo placed on my credit, and a repo fee. They didn't reimburse me for having to put gas in the car upon sell. I literally test drove the car on E, meaning they want you to only test car on the street but not highway speed because it may have been an issue with the car. Assurance Auto Group is taking advantage of their customers, using certain cars for bait to get money then repo'ing the vehicle to repeating the cycle. I'm currently fighting back to get my money back.

RUN!!!!!!SCAMMED by this Lot ! It's been five months and I still have no tag for my car. The owner is basically neglecting his business because he does not respond to any business matters, he doesn't accept any calls or respond to emails or actually open his business during business hours. When I contacted the finance company to pay my car note I was told that I couldn't pay it because the owner neglected to turn in my paperwork. I bought a car for nothing because I can't drive it because I have no tag.6 months LaterStill no response from Assurance auto and couldnt tag the car. He sold me a car with a active leinAnd Mr. Nelson Ancrum and Assurance auto is not lisenced to sell cars yet he's still at it!I had to take legal and criminal action against him and his company to recieve my money back.I never heard from him or his company again.
