⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Experience Thanks to Eric B
I’m someone who normally never shops in stores — I do everything online — but I had such a great experience at this AT&T location thanks to the store manager Eric B that I felt compelled to leave this review.
From the moment I walked in, Eric was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He helped me choose the right phone and internet plan without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need, and he explained everything in a way that actually made sense. What really stood out was how hands-on he was with the setup — he made sure my new phone was fully activated, transferred all my data, and even double-checked that my internet was ready to go before I left.
I walked out with everything working perfectly and zero stress, which is rare for me when dealing with tech. If more people operated the way Eric does, I’d shop in person a lot more often. AT&T is lucky to have him.
Highly recommend asking for Eric B if you visit this location.

I want to give a huge shout-out to Eric B at AT&T! His knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. He took his time helping me, explained everything clearly, and showed so much patience throughout the entire process. Great customer service is hard to find, but Eric truly went above and beyond. AT&T is lucky to have him, and I really appreciate all of his help. Highly recommend asking for Eric B! 🌟

My vesit to this AT&T store saved my life. I have been having a bad couple of years, I felt like ending it all. I had been crying for most of the day, so when she explained what was wrong with my phone, the tears started again and Renee just gave me a paper towel and talked softly until I stoped crying. She councled, she adviced, ect,ect.
I will always come back to this store. Do not lose this staff, she is an Amazing worker.

I extend to others what I like to be extended to me, which are courtesy, cordialness and consideration. The staff was unprofessional, reluctant to help and gave an overall dismissive. The initial experience, approach to tending to a customer and overall presence were extremely off putting. I would never return to this store again and would encourage friends, family and others to save your time and effort and go to a more functional location

A huge shout out to Dante at the Panola Road location for his exceptional customer service. He was incredibly helpful, patient and quickly resolve my issue with a friendly and positive attitude. Walked into the store not knowing what to expect and got greeted by this amazing Dontae!! I haven’t received this type of superior customer service in years!!! He was so knowledgeable and professional!! I am walking out feel so special and got all my needs and concerns taken care of. AT&T is lucky to have Dontae. I will be visiting this store often. Also the Store Manager was outstanding.
