I had a terrible experience with COURTNEY yesterday evening, she barely greeted me when I came in she was very passive aggressive when she asked for my information. It was such an unpleasant experience especially since I did receive my new phone that I was excited about..she ruined that excitement 1/10 recommend her to help anyone again

Staff member was totally unhelpful. Didn’t even attempt to solve my issue and instead directed me to fedex despite the fact that I already expressed issues returning the equipment there due to the fault of someone from att support incorrectly identifying which equipment needed to be returned. He simply said he can’t do anything. Didn’t even ask for an account number or listen to my concerns. Was slouched in a chair on his phone, barely paying attention to the customers lined up needing assistance.

July 16, 2024, I came in the store desperate for help with my phone. I travel a lot and could not use my GPS. 'Courtney' tried everything she could to fix the phone and I ended up getting a new phone. I was amazed by her multitasking while helping me.

Do not go to this store. The round girl with the dreads, got me blocked from Google because she was texting while she was supposed to be helping me. Had a bad attitude the whole time I was there. She was no help at all. I think I'm going back to T-Mobile. Customer service, nonexistent.

Eric B. was pleasant until he was not. He made a huge mistake by cutting off my husband’s phone instead of parking it until he activated the new phone on his own. He then had an aloof attitude about his error, said it was nothing he could do, no compensation for my inconvenience and asked me if I wanted to refund the phone.
He stated he was the manager and there was no one above him to speak to about my issue and to call corporate. My husband is now without a phone, a truck driver and no way for me to speak to him to inform him of this issue. If Eric B doesn’t know how to park equipment and follow basic customer instructions, he shouldn’t be the manager at this or any location.
I called corporate and escalating the issue now. Poor customer service after making a mistake and no compensation for my inconvenience. He did apologize and handed me my bag. I will NEVER go to this location again owned by Purple Patch Wireless, an authorized retailer.

Eric was an absolute pleasure as well as Courtney! Eric was thorough! Explained everything in detail ! He showed soo much patience with my elderly mother which was not displayed at the Stone crest location! I came in wanting to switch companies but he saved the day! If I could give 0 to the store its self I would. I moved and had to get ATT for Internet. I came into this store to get prepaid Internet, I was told there was no pre paid internet devices there an to go to Tmobile. Just like that, not one of the 2 girls on that day said anything else to me. I asked how it worked an they said just like a hotspot, I said I need it for work, and they said this: it will be better than ours, and cheaper. So ok bet, I go to Tmobile. Well guess what, Tmobile was not approved for my home, and now I am out of a days work. I return the Tmobile box, I go back to ATT an thank the LORD those girls were not in there. Eric was, with crying babies an a group of people. He asked me what I needed right away, and got me out of there within 20 minutes. I had to wait another day to work. Due to these ladies, I was out of work for 2 days that was $400 for me. I already moved so $400 was needed. This was on Nov 29th. Eric is who helped me and when I told him what I experienced he apologized with sincerity. The 2 ladies in there on Monday Nov 27th, they need to go!!!!

A week ago, my husband and I walked into the Lithonia location to switch our services over to AT&T. We were immediately greeted by Courtney.Courtney assisted us in making a decision on our phone package as well as internet services. We hit a few snags during the process with our old carrier. What should have been a 30 min or so visit to the store turned into a little over an hour and a half.Courtney was very helpful, knowledgeable, PATIENT, and professional while walking us through the process and answering all of our questions. Eric also stepped in at one point to assist with the issue. Eric & Courtney worked diligently and effortlessly as a knowledgeable and PATIENT team to troubleshoot and execute to get us set up and on our way as quickly as possible. (Did I mention PATIENT!)We are very happy with our new services and the customer service we received while in store. You rarely encounter young people these days with patience, temperament, and the willingness to follow through until the end without copping an attitude. Thank you, Courtney & Eric!!!

DO NOT GO HERE unless you want your identity stolen!Someone named JENNIFER RILEY walked into this AT&T store in Georgia this morning and financed over $600 in merchandise on our AT&T account. I live in California so when I received the receipt in my email, I immediately called the store and spoke with the guy who checked this person out, ERIC B. He said yeah, her ID didn't match the account - nor did she know the passcode....but he scanned her ID and it allowed him to process the order so he did.She walked out with 2 brand new Apple Ipods and a bunch of accessories and now I'm left filing a fraud claim so I am not responsible for these monthly charges!This store needs to be held accountable for allowing someone to charge someone elses account without providing appropriate identification that matched the account information. AT&T is telling me that my claim with them will take up to 30 days to process, in the meantime I will have extra monthly charges on my account and a huge headache to deal with.I cannot believe they allowed this person to do this!!
