Talk about fast service. I came here to get my phone unlocked and it was done in less than 5 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend Jason to get any device unlocked or fixed. I am so elated!!

Do NOT waste your time. I made sure to call and ask several questions before deciding to take my computer here for repair. I made sure to ask about store hours and if I needed an appointment to bring it in. I was clear that I would be bringing it in the following morning without fail. Dove all the way to the store, roughly 45 minutes each way, only to arrive at 1007am, after they open at 1000am, and the door is locked. Lit up sign says open. Hours are posted. No one is there. I take more time out of my day to call and ask why no one is at the store. No apology. No consideration. Not one mention that they wouldn't be there that day. Keeping in mind that I was crystal clear that I would be dropping off exactly when I said I would. Made it out like he was totally entitled to be there when he go there and said he totally spaced a court date! Like I needed to know that... Total waste of time. Zero regard for me as a client. Total lack of awareness of making plans for people to come drop things off and forget to mention that he wouldn't even be there. He simply could have mentioned a later time that day which I could have easily accommodate. Never again - too many other viable businesses that actually welcome clients and want to earn their loyal business. Already dropped off and am thrilled with my experience elsewhere. It's not hard to be in business when you actually care about providing a decent service.

Great service! I came in at around 10:05am which was pretty early but he got right out his car to help me. Life saver!! He was able to fix my water damage IPhone 11 for only 100 dollars plus I got a new case and a screen protector all for 130!

Came in with a broken screen! Totally blacked out! Came in and saw Jason and mannnnn listen, the rest of the reviews DID NOT lie! He is the most affordable, personable, most down to earth tech guy in ALL of Atlanta! Jason took my phone, made some jokes about how damaged it was and had me back up and running with a new case and new screen protector for under $150! If I EVER need my electronics replaced, he is my new go to! Thanks brother!!!

I have known of Altech (Jersey Jason Jewmaine Jones) via FB for some years. He was highly recommended, although I never had the occasion to use his services until recently. I am a Samsung girl tried and true, the love of my techno life is the Fold z. It is a work of art. However, locked to the At&t network with a balance of 2000, and an accident prevented me from unlocking it anytime soon; our love affair was limited to wifi flings.I messaged J to the 4th power, after a failed attempted at unlocking my phone with another company, and he gave me a guarntee and said it will be done in 5 days.Me, pining over the lost of my beloved fold, thought it would be the longest 5 days ever, and if it didn't work I still would get my fee back.J to the 4th power called the next day! The next day!!!!! I get a message from J to the 4th power and he said we are good to go. We were! I put in the code it instantly unlocked! I put in not only one sim card but another.J to the 4th power,(Jersey Jason Jewmaine Jones), too long to keep typing :<), IS THE DA BOMB! ALTECH IS FIERCE! ABSOLUTELY the BEST Experience! Not only did he go out of his way to open shop on a day he was closed, but his inventory was exactly as described. His price was very reasonable considering others were selling used for more and his item was NEW and better price. "Jerzey" Jason Jones was professional and prompt., I drove an hour but it was well worth it. I received Exactly what I needed as was described and new for an incredible price. Phone was tested to verify it worked with my carrier before leaving. It is rare to meet people you can trust. For this reason I will continue to drive and bring all my technical and cell phone needs to ATLTechSpot. I am so lucky to have found this shop. Will be returning.

Jason is the man!! Yesterday I went in to upgrade my son's phone. He is apart of the iPhone world that I know nothing about. But today I was in distress. I slammed my phone in the trunk by mistake. Luckily he was able to repair my screen and replace my sim card which I also apparently damaged. Truly a lifesaver because I definitely couldn't have waited 24 hrs. My new favorite phone tech but I told him that I'm not coming back tomorrow ?
