I want to sincerely thank Xavier at the AT&T store in Stonecrest, Lithonia, for the outstanding customer service he provided to my older father. Xavier was incredibly patient, respectful, and professional while helping him with a billing issue.
He took the time to clearly explain everything, made sure my father felt comfortable and understood each step, and handled the situation with care and dedication. It’s rare to see someone go the extra mile like that — especially when working with older customers.
Xavier’s hard work and kindness truly made a difference. AT&T is lucky to have such a helpful and hardworking representative on their team. Highly recommend asking for him if you need assistance!

Ms. Amaya was very courteous and professional. She made the transfer of information from my old telephone to my new telephone efficient and seamless.
She kept us updated throughout and was extremely knowledgeable during the entire process.
She was awesome and I appreciated her assistance.

Amaya saved the day for us. My cousin wasn’t able to get into her phone for days. She was out of town and had some very important information that she needs to access. The next step would have been resetting the phone which would mean losing her data and photos. Amaya was able to find out that she had a six digit PIN. Without her patience and perseverance, we would’ve never known this. Went far above the call of duty and so appreciated.

In all my years of having cellphone service, this was by far THE BEST EXPERIENCE! Sasha was efficient, friendly, professional, and helpful.

I had the most memorable experience today. I upgraded to a new phone yesterday and loss all of my mother's text messages prior to her passing h away. I was very distributed because all my text messages had not transferred. I walked into the Stonecrest At&T store and was greeted by two wonderful sales associates Sasha & Hahkim who erased all my worries by quickly fixing the problem by restoring all my lost text messages. Thank you so much for your empathy and kindness.

Amaya provided amazing service from beginning to end. I was able to upgrade my old phone and she walked through all the prices with transparency. I will definitely come back to this location if this type of service is provided. If you need help, go see Amaya in Stonecrest!

(XAVIER) If you are lucky enough to have Xavier wait on you, I promise you won’t regret it. Xavier has a welcoming smile, he was kind, knowledgeable, professional and extremely patient with me. Xaviers.customer service was 5 stars hands down. I had to wait bcz of a security feature on my iPhone so he went to lunch but when returned I was still there. Another rep tried to assist me while he was gone however he looked at my phone and without really explaining anything except you have to wait again! Xavier walked in acknowledged me and we picked back up where we left off. He called Apple they helped me a password override to reset my apple id finally we were in. Xavier went the extra mile to help me!!! He made my long wait worth the wait! My phone had to be returned by that day, since my issue got! I would highly recommend everyone to visit Xavier for all your ATT needs at the Stonecrest location. Thanks a million Xavier!!! You Rock!!!!!

Sasha L at the store in Conyers GA was amazing! She was so helpful and patient with us. We had a little difficult time getting our transfer pin from our previous phone carrier however Sasha was able to walk us through the process flawlessly. She was excellent and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new phone or internet provider.

My experience was 5 stars all around. I appreciated the relaxing atmosphere of the store, and the attentiveness of the associates. I scheduled an appointment with Amaya. She was kind, calm, and knowledgeable. She handled opening a new account with ease and answered all my (many) questions. Amaya was very thorough and ensured I had everything I needed taken care of. She even helped me when I called into customer service for additional information for a landline. This AT&T location is doing an excellent job at serving its customers efficiently.
