On Friday March 8, 2024 my husband and I went into the AT&T store located in STONECREST Mall for assistance with our refurbish phones.We received excellent customer service from Nae. She was patient and thoughtful in serving us. Nae transferred our information to our new phones, assisted us with selecting new phone cases and she even cleared the information off our phones and boxed them up for us. Thank you so much for all you did for us.

Went to this store Saturday evening and the young lady asked me what I needed but was real dry. I guess she was tired of working for the day. One of the other people who worked there with colorful hair didn't seem like he wanted anyone to ask him a question. I wish they would train some of the att employees on customer service. Luckily, I went to the att store closer to home and made a purchase and was provided excellent customer service,

Wonderful experience with the staff! Amaya did a great job meeting all my needs with upgrading my wife's IPhone 11. The manager was featured assisting the staff, shout out to Duvoughn and his team!

Duvoughn was extremely helpful. No matter how many times I presented a new issue with my phone he sis not give up on trying to resolve the issue. I appreciate his diligence and professionalism. He asked me to have a seat unlike the first rep. Good customer service is hard to find however I found it in him!!! Much appreciated!!!

Was attended and greeted quickly. Amaya helped me out with the entire process and walked me through all deals and discounts. Walked out with 2 phones and internet service! They also interacted with my children as we waited. Great service thanks for making it easy as a first time AT&T customer!
