THE WORST BANK , the office manager Shavon has poor communication skills and horrible customer service. Bank of America standards should be much higher. Absolutely unacceptable how they treat loyal business owners and account holders.CORPORATE NEEDS TO STEP IN!

Called earlier in the day about getting something notarized. They said just come in. I come in later the day and they say they don’t have time and that I needed to make an appointment. Everyone was just standing around….like come on, really?

If I can rate this bank a zero I would. I been cashing my client check but today was a issue. Take the black people out and replace with whites.

I went to the Bank of America on Panola Rd and Covington Hwy. Mr. Ricardo Fagan took very good care of me, & he was extremely professional while also answering all of my questions. He walked me through the BOA app and made sure that all my accounts were linked together. Mr. Fagan made me feel very comfortable and I will definitely be recommending his services to others.

If I could rate them in the minuses I would. They had one teller with a line going to the front door. There was a person checking to see why customers were in line. When I told her I was there to make a deposit and to get a document notarized she asked if I had an account ?(Seems like common sense to me sinuses I said I was making a deposit. She then informed me that they didn’t have a notary person there. Bank of America should really consider some really in-depth training on customer contact. This was a terrible first experience after being talked into opening an account for my new business with them. We will see how long this lasts!

I need of assistance with a hold but its been almost an hour of sitting & waiting and no one has even come to acknowledge the fact that myself and other customers are in need of assistance with accounts, business, etc. only one person is in the office and maybe 2cashiers. You guys need more help/ assistance so that your customers aren’t inconvenienced.

I came here to open up an account I was being Judged as soon as I walked in the door. I was being stared at and watched the whole time. They thought I was there for fraud because I looked to young to be opening an account I am 30 years old. When I sat down one of the tellers stared at me & listened to my phone call trying to see again if I was there for fraud. I was so uncomfortable I almost left but I really needed an checking account. A customer should not be judge based of how young they look I guess because it’s alot of fraud going on, they’re being carefully but still it was ridiculous how I was treated.

The ATM took my cash and then shut off. I was up here for almost two hours. The workers act like they do not care either. This is the worst branch I’ve been to. I am not coming back here ever again.

This place just doesn’t care about the customers at all . They are so slow . They have no concern about your time , your basically on their and if you don’t like it , go somewhere else . That’s the attitude that they have . 4 behind the tellers 2 others in their offices doing absolutely nothing meanwhile there is a long line outside . I got Here at 9 , it’s currently 9:30 still waiting to be serviced. This is sad . Corporate needs to know what is going on in here . Maybe they can put some fire behind their tails .

Horrible experience. Rude, inconsiderate. They will have you waiting outside, at the last minute someone will come out and say they are closed. If people are already lined up, they should take care of these people. They need to be re-educated on customer service....
