Arrived at the Stonecrest location to pick up an online order I placed 4 days ago. The sales associate at the counter was rude. Once I told her why I was there she asked for the last 4 of my order number which I gave her. Then she said did you get a text. I said no. She was well if you didn't get a text your order isn't ready. I said how long does it take to fill an online order. She said 2 to 3 days. I asked could I just pick the ones I purchased online now and that will fill my order. The answer was no and she walked to another associate and said you talk to her. She walked away. So the young lady was kind explained the online order process and began to fill my order. Thank you Aurelia for your great customer service. I wish I had paid attention to the name tag of the very rude associate but if the store manager reads this review. Please give her some customer service training and tell her don't be so quick to dismiss a customer that spent over $100.00 online and didn't understand the fulfillment process.

Why do BOPIS orders take soooo long? How long does it take to put two body washes in a bag smh… 6 or more hours, apparently.

Great atmosphere always by my body washes and my lotions and candles from here this place has great quality items great smells air fresheners body lotions and oils and soaps is a very fine place for people who like nice smelling things,

Nice bath and body works place inside stonecrest mall plus nice bath products to plus they have some nice sales going on also both in store and online as well

I came in store with a screenshot of a coupon (which I do all the time). Oftentimes, my app doesn’t work in store so a screenshot works just fine.
The cashier, without trying, says she can’t scan a screenshot. I ask her to try, she doesn’t try. I tell her the rule doesn’t make sense, she then calls me aggressive… okay.
The store manager (thank you for your help!) then comes & confirms that she CAN scan coupons as screenshots, to which the cashier states “well, I’m new”.
I hate I didn’t get the cashier’s name, but I am appreciative that the manager helped. I hope to get experienced cashiers on my next visit, not new employees who think they’re right.

I had an amazing experience at the Bath & Body Works in Stonecrest, GA! The store was beautifully organized, and the atmosphere was so welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations and ensuring I found exactly what I was looking for. The selection of products was fantastic, with a wide variety of scents and skincare options. I love that they have all the seasonal collections in stock, and the quality of the products is always top-notch. Overall, it was a fantastic shopping experience, and I will definitely be returning! Highly recommend this location!

I recently placed an online pickup order with [bath & body works], intending to pick it up tomorrow. However, today I received an email stating that my order had already been picked up. I haven’t collected the order yet, so this was a major surprise. I immediately contacted the company, but so far, there’s been no resolution or clarity on what happened. This experience has left me questioning the security and reliability of their pickup process. I hope they will address this issue promptly and ensure it doesn’t happen to other customers in the future.

Worst experience ever with online ordering and pickup. I had 4 small items and its been two days and the cashier said they still havent placed the items in the bag. I asked could i bring the items up to the counter and they could out them in the bag for me and they said they could not do that. On top of that they were very rude. The attitude is SPECIFIC to thosnlocation because every other bath and body works I have been to in state and out of state have pleasant workers. I give this place two thumbs down and I blame management for hiring workers with such a bad attitude

Went to this store after a horrible experience with the Conyers B&BW…. Upon entering, I was greeted by Aleah. I explained what had happened and she went to the back to search for the item I was looking for. After a few minutes, she returned with the candle holder I wanted!! I was so grateful for her to go above and beyond to search in the back for it! She even put batteries in it to make sure it was working properly before I spent $80 on it. I am so thankful for associates who do their job and are happy to help!!! You made my day, Aleah! Thank you!!!!
