I going to keep this short I live far from this place my order was wrong. The girl did not say can I help you she just looked at me I gave her my name she pulled the order so when I was almost home I wanted to taste a fry so I reached into the bag for fries it felt kind of strange but I didn't really think about and eat a funnel cake stick or something. Anyway the order was all wrong and this why i dont go to this checkers cause it was years since the last time i was here and they messed up my order then anyway. So I try to call voice mail is full I try to call the next day no answer voice mail still full. Do go to place that's all I have to say about that

The speaker for taking orders is an automated system. I wasn't aware, so I didn't get my order exactly correct. I didn't get onions on my chili dog, which I asked for.

Deceptive menu. The new bacon sourdough melts are advertised as $3.29, but when you order them they suddenly become $5.99. I think a little clarification on the menu would be helpful.

Oh this Checkers has become one of my favorites. Besides the food the workers here are very down to earth and the best you can ask for when ordering fast food. I have to mention Montana, the way she works both windows and the floor I have not seen anyone like her. She is one of a kind and Checkers is lucky to have her!!!

Ok it’s been years since I’ve been to a checkers, but this experience was by far the worse. First AI, really why is this even a thing. It was weird and awkward, I personally like talking to people. Ordered my food, the wait was quite long, so if the argument for using AI to be more proficient…failed. Get our food and my shake looked like someone had a play date at the crayon factory. I ordered banana and all you could see is the colored dye. Instantly turned me off and there was no way I was drinking that. Let get into the food, I don’t eat meat so I ordered the fish sandwich, what fish. It was horrible, it was hard and overcooked. I will never be back to another checkers.
