I have been there 3 times to discuss some business accounts they manage. I have had nothing less than great customer service, with different bank reps. I do echo the computer issues mentioned previously (during the initial visit). However the manager still was able to find work arounds to get me what was needed. Hopefully those have been addressed. All in all their service was on par with other institutions I bank with personally. Hopefully they will strive even to surpass them as well.

Do NOT bank with this bank. Literally the worst bank for personal or business or loans. Laundry list of issues with their services, staff, online banking, lack of customer service and then some. So many better places to Bank I’m going back to those

This is the last black owned bank in operation in Georgia. I don't understand the negativity because we always had a good experience. We went there so often that the tellers knew us. Never had to wait in long lines and really enforced COVID safety protocols when they reopened the lobby. Even the security guards were helpful. Their online app does a whole lot and their website features being able to add other accounts to help manage and monitor your money. They have been good about sending fraud alerts. Because there are not many locations, having the option of mobile deposits is a great help. Goes to show that people can have different perceptions based on their experience.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to opening my account, I never would have opened it. I was excited to open an account at a Black-owned business but it is not serving a purpose for me.1. I cannot remotely deposit a business check for more than $700.2. I am not allowed to send more than $200. Via Zelle in 24 hours.3. They stopped opening on Saturdays without notice.4. They close at 4 pm, which is earlier than most of the other banks.I wanted to support the Black owned business but this is not working for me. I was trying to hang in there and give them a chance but I have to go.

Horrible experience, I will be pulling my money and ceasing doing business with this bank. Everytime I get paid, the online services are "offline". Unacceptable. One of the few black banks left but the will be out of business soon if they can't learn how to do business.

This is by far the worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with. They make you feel like you’re committing a crime when you go to withdraw funds from your account. I wouldn’t suggest this bank on Panola Rd. In Lithonia Ga to anyone . Very unprofessional

I opened a business account several months and still haven’t got access to my account online. I went inside the branch and I was told that they don’t handle business account at that location.I was told to call customer service and to no avail, still don’t have access to the account online. Trying to support our own has become a pain. As soon as I go back on that. side of town, I’m closing the account and taking my money to the other side.

This bank is the most horrible bank ever!!!! They fraudulent as hell !!! Every time I deposit money into my account via the Atm. It shows up in my account then fall. The money get missing . This is not the first, second , third or fourth time. Why the hell does my money keep getting missing ?! Thanks to the bank app and receipt every time !! If not I wouldn’t know that my money been missing . I wonder how many deposit went missing until I started discovering recently. I’m definitely finna close my account !

Horrible! This is why people hesitate to bank with a black-owned bank. I waited for more than an hour on Saturday to open a Business Account, only to be told that they didn't open Business Accounts after 12pm on Saturdays! I had already been there since 11:45!! I completed an application for the account, and I was told that I would receive an email with documents for me to sign and complete the process, after which I would have the ability to fund the account. I came today to see what is going on with the process because no-one EVER answers the phone. As I type this review, I have been waiting for 25 minutes, and no-one has said two words to me! They even took another customer before me, who just walked in 5 minutes ago. I do not recommend this bank to anyone!
