Some of the workers are lazy and they NEVER answer the phone . I went to complete an online order exchange just to leave out without the shoes I purchased . They couldn’t even find me a in stock order smh !!!

My order was suppose to be shipped to the store within 3 business and instead they got delivered to my house (allegedly) and I never received my package. I went up to the store to get a refund and was told this would take up to 3 days and now I have received a email saying I’m going to get a check in the mail. And that is not what I agreed to.
