However, the customer service aspect could be improved, as staff are not always described as the friendliest or most inviting. There have been isolated incidents of procedural carelessness, such as not properly returning a bank card with a receipt. I had a wonderful experience while picking up my prescription with the young lady. The young man who checked me out up front was very patient and helpful. I was impressed with the care that was given to me by the associates Friday.

Just your average CVS location. Nothing too much to rant and rave about. Associates normally have you in and out with no issue. They could work on the customer service aspect, and be a little more inviting to patrons coming in. Let’s just say they’re not the friendliest of people, but once again I’ve never had a problem.
