I had a wonderful experience while picking up my prescription with the young lady. The young man who checked me out up front was very patient and helpful. I was impressed with the care that was given to me by the associates Friday.

The pharmacy area appears disorganized and the carpet is old and dirty; it is evident that the area needs a deep cleaning. I am unsure how they manage to work in such conditions. Unbelievable.

Just your average CVS location. Nothing too much to rant and rave about. Associates normally have you in and out with no issue. They could work on the customer service aspect, and be a little more inviting to patrons coming in. Let’s just say they’re not the friendliest of people, but once again I’ve never had a problem.

Stellar professionalism extended from the pharmacy staff at this location. I had a question for the Dropoff area that was handled with a smile and further instructions. Then, the staff member at Pickup was managing both cash registers with the ease and skill of a well maintained machine. What was most remarkable was her pleasant attitude under overwhelming conditions. Professional, efficient, and remarkably funny. My husband and I walked away from the counter smiling.

This location leaves me cold. The associates make a minimal effort to demonstrate customer appreciation and hospitality. I have decided to take my business elsewhere to avoid poor service and continuous dissatisfaction.

The CVS and staff incompetent and rude af. When you checking out they can’t never see not and send you to the pharmacist who don’t have answers either. Why tf can I not ever get answers that I need. Twice they have been out of medication needed for either myself or son, but rather taking the time to TELL a customer their prescription haven’t been fully filled they let people walk out without any knowledge. Last it happen I almost ended up in this hospital bc I didn’t even know they didn’t fill it and of course everything is electronic so I had no way of double checking behind their rude a**. I really hate this CVS and it’s staff. They reflect the area we live in just ughhhhhhh I dislike these people
