The CVS pharmacy technician was not a good representative for CVS and its serv brand. He did not properly understand the vital importance of customer service and hospitality in fostering healthy long term relationships with their customers.

I was standing in line at 7:58, waiting to be seen, then once 8pm hit, they said they were close. I only came for a pick up it wouldn't have taken that long. We stood there for a second to take everything in, and they rudely kept saying they're close, and it still haven't even turned 8:01 yet.

I walked in to get cough medicine after work with my teacher bag on (because it has my wallet in it and i didn't want to leave the whole thing in the car) Someone flags me down and asked if I could leave it up front like I was going to steal from their store.
