The CVS pharmacy technician was not a good representative for CVS and its serv brand. He did not properly understand the vital importance of customer service and hospitality in fostering healthy long term relationships with their customers.

I was standing in line at 7:58, waiting to be seen, then once 8pm hit, they said they were close. I only came for a pick up it wouldn't have taken that long. We stood there for a second to take everything in, and they rudely kept saying they're close, and it still haven't even turned 8:01 yet.

Rude and disgusting female staff at the 7550 Covington Highway, Lithonia location. Time on receipt is 8:20 PM on 11/6/23. Waited at the register to request 2 passport photos. The cashier and her off duty coworker had a private conversation for several minutes in front of me after the coworker had already purchased a soda. They both knew I was waiting to be served and intentionally fraternized in front of me at the register, totally ignoring me, so I could not be served. The co worker on my side of the register was also using profane language and swear words while complaining about the job as if a customer wasn't standing 1 foot from her. Where do you find these low class people? I'll assume that most local residents don't care about the quality of human beings they encounter as CVS staff at this location, however, I do. How about holding the General Manager accountable for her judgement and hiring decisions. Just typically disgusting.

Online said closes at 11pm today Saturday went there at 6 pm today the 10/28/23 one of the pharmacies was very rude in her tone she said angrily we closing we short staff ! I am standing there in front of you why could you just serve me and I was the only one waiting she was so mean smh . I had to leave without my medicine. I will never let my meds go there anymore.

The sign said the Restrooms is for paying Customers. Needless to say this paying customer was refused the usage of the restroom by the female Cashier with dreads and green tips.She was rude and carried herself as if she never undergone Customer Service training.I will never support this location again and they need to provide the Customer service agents additional training.The security was going to allow me to use the Restroom however the female Cashier refused.

It was a very u pleasant experience. The girl with the flower tattoos on her wrist, she’s Lightskin & has more tattoos on her other wrist. She most certainly was going through something or just was rude but it did not give her the right to be continuously disrespectful to me and my dad. We took the photo one time and he didn’t like it so she began to say she not taking the photo 50+ times when all we wanted was to retake it because my dad wasn’t pleased with the first results. With all that being said her employee stated she was irrated for some reason and she then replied she’s irrated meaning she didn’t want to take pictures of my dad for the photo. He is an older person and if I wasn’t with him she would’ve went blown out on her. I told her it’s an important photo because it’s for the next 10 years . She replied “I’m not even suppose to take another set of photos but I’m being kind since you wanna be smart” or somthing like that. ALL that I’m saying is when you are a disrespectful employee you will attract disrespectful customers and unsatisfied customers!

I walked in to get cough medicine after work with my teacher bag on (because it has my wallet in it and i didn't want to leave the whole thing in the car) Someone flags me down and asked if I could leave it up front like I was going to steal from their store. That was highly offensive and I do not deserve to be treated like that.

Great Customer Service! Thank you! I called to inquire about taking a passport picture, the young lady who answered the phone was very respectful and professional, told me to come on up to the store and we will take care of you!! I got to the store and the young man with the nice dreds assisted me with taking the photo and even let me look at it before purchasing! These two employees were absolutely amazing!! Thanks!

Everytime I have tried to deal with this pharmacy I am met with incompetence and rudeness. The pharmacist probably should try to improve their customer service skills because he is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER use CVS again.

This place is terrible some of them have an attitude at the pharmacy. They are not knowledgeable about insurance and they are very quick to get an attitude if you ask a question. They are always rushing and in the mist your over charged and pushed out the door. You go to get medicine and leave upset and with a headache. Beware if you can go elsewhere. One bad apple spoils a bunch.

Never had an issue with this location but their hours are wrong. I'm here at 8:56 pm on a Tuesday night and they are not open. Wasted gas.

This location is by far the WORSE of them all. I have been calling back and forth for 3 hours to get my meds transfer from Walgreens to CVS and the Jamaican CVS pharmacist is a pure liar and has a horrible attitude. If you don't like where you work, I strongly suggest finding another job ma'am. Sitting here playing with people and their medication all because you don't enjoy your job. I certainly will be reporting this to cooperate as well because I shouldn't have to constantly call for the same issue only to be ignored and brushed off like I don't matter.

Apparently the pharmacy doesn’t open on Sundays until 11:10am. So heads up if you’re trying to plan your day around a prescription pick-up.
