The store is supposed to open at 8 am according to Google. I got there at 8:25 Am right before my shift to buy a pack of ink pens but the door was locked. The worker was sitting in his car in the parking lots staring and didn’t even offer to unlock it. Instead he just stared and watched me get in and out of my car.

Here it is 9:19 and they saying they close this not even the first time they always closing a hour early this store need to just change they closing hours cause they never close at 10 pm

It’s a shame you can’t get good customer service without the cashier on the phone holding personal conversation during business hours. What is the world coming to? I guarantee you this I would not spend another dollar in that location or any other location.

I received great customer service from the store manager Ms. Carlotta and Ms. Roberta the cashier. Very welcoming!!!

Awfullllllllll they closed the store on their own at 6:39pm an hour later store is still not open. They are playing in the store on company time.

I showed up at 9:50. Doors locked rude employee saying store is closed. Which is not. They do not close til ten. It’s ridiculous. He was even at the door and with it locked and said they were closed which they were not because I had ten minutes.

Arrived at this location at 10:51 AM only for the lights to be on and the doors locked. The sign on the door states open from 8 AM-10 AM every day. If the sign on the door is incorrect they should update it as this is bad business.

Man , i Love dollar general I’ve never had an issue before until today. So I’m driving home after a long day of work and I needed some cat food and toilet paper. That time was 9:45-9:50pm when I walked in a big girl ( she was black and had braids ) tells me at the door they’re closed. I’m like no you still have 10 mins. All I need is toilet paper. she then rolls her eyes doesn’t say anything and walks away. So I head towards the back rushing to get it cause i do understand people wanna go home . But like I said I only needed 2 things and I was out plus they still had 10 good solid Im tires before closing. While rushing to the back another female ( small with braids skinny black ) yells at me tell me excuse me ma’am we’re closed ! I already counted the draw !! Then she’s yelling walking to the front while I respond telling her I’m getting tissues and I’m not paying wit cash I’m paying with Apple Pay. Then I walk to the front don’t even get the cat food just grab the tissue and walk to pay she’s telling the other girl “I’m not counting this draw , figure it out . I count it 3 times “ mins it’s barely turning 9:50pm when showed up. Which means she counted the draw around 9:40ish I didn’t say anything. I paid and left I was so mad !! They were very disrespectful! If I wasn’t saved .. smh Idk who the manager was but i can’t believe they talk to people like that. Very disappointed bad customer service

Stopped in for pull-ups, VERY neat and organized store. Very very refreshing to see coming from the stores in the city that are usually understocked, understaffed and overwhelmed with mess. Props to this location for that. It takes a lot of work to keep up especially with all the stress rn.

Unless you are either desperate for one of the many “luxurious” items sold at Dollar General and or you simply don’t mind possibly being caught in crossfire and killed my advice would be STAY HOME OR SHOP ELSEWHERE

Good service, with good staff when they were open. Stopped by today 4/14/22 and they are closed and boarded up, I'm not sure if it's permanent or temporary.
