This store is HORRIBLE, rude employees but they get that behavior from their DM, David Hunt. This man so unprofessional its sad. Purchased a Dollar General brand product, unopened and leaking on the 22nd, didn't know the cashier didn't put my receipt in the bag. I go back to the store THE SAME DAY with the person who checked me out and advised shem what the issue was and was advised I can't do any exchanging or refund without the receipt, mind you it was done by this same person b4 when shem thru my receipt in the trash. Shem called David Hunt which is the DM and he did o no we can't return or exchange without receipt. No policy posted, no justification as to why just blatantly rude and dismissive. Now I see why ppl go in there and steal. They mistreat ppl.

Poor customer service and nobody knows nothing the so called store manager Adonnis or however he spell it is very rude and don’t have customer service or the capability to be manager and all the District manger do is make excuses for him instead of making him do his job

This store does not need to be patronized. My mother of 75 years of age slipped and fell. The manager of the store Talita Mutland is very incompetent. She did not provide my mother with a incident report. She didn't know how to fill the form out. It took her 6 days to give her the report. The Manger overseeing her Eva last name unknown, allowed her to talk to my mother very disrespectful. This store is impoperly manged. The mangers are young, not trained and give the company a bad image. BUYERS BE WARE!

Warning this location is GHETTO!!! The parking lot is clean and no loitering, the staff was decent, the store was overly stocked with clutter everywhere. The store could use a deep clean, even the employees admitted this. Also they close every for an hour during store hours. The location and customers make this place less than desirable, then again it is on Wesley Chapel.

Dollar general states that the people can use coupons and it can be 5 like coupons well the manager make up his own rules and say only 2 coupons. Plus the store always empty.

I'm not John Pitts but anyway, this location closed at 8:55 instead of 9pm .. I spoke to the manager and now I'm going to corporate. If a business is opened until 9, I expect entry until 9. Closing early so you can leave on time is wrong, FALSE advertisement.. You're supposed to lock the doors at 9, then service those inside. It only costs 5 minutes of your time. STOP doing that. I report every incident I experience like that to their corporate offices.
