This Dollar Tree location needs improvement. The shelves are often low on stock, and many items remain unpacked in boxes throughout the store. Customer service is slow, which adds to the overall frustration. It’s disappointing to see the store in this condition, especially when other locations are better organized and more efficient.

How to do have a thriving business and some customers ask to use the rest room and they don't have an active restroom for the elder customers this dont make any sense . Why spend any dollar amount here . If you are out of out of towners know to go if you have an elder somewhere they can use a rest room via ross next door

This location has way more then it's smaller counter part located on covington hwy behind the Wells Fargo Bank. The dollar tree at stonecrest carries frozen food, and has a larger selection of food products. The aisles are usually clear and the lines are short if you go during off peak hours early morning or before closing. This location is outside of the mall in the same plaza were Ross, DSW shoe, Biglots, Ben furniture, Staples, Chapel Beauty, and other stores are located so it has enough parking. Thd only short coming of this location is I don't always see enough staff on hand so during its busy times the lines get long so the wait is my only real bother. Update: This dollar tree is now a Plus store so they carry items above $1.25, like head phones and computer keyboards $5.00, door mats and multi pack toilet tissue, large size laundry detergent between $3.00 to $5.00, so it can be a convenient and good deal for those looking for the no name brand products.

It's always a pleasure to shop here. Cashier was friendly and engaging. Loke that she actually knew what aisle the wreath hook was on.?With prices on the rise,it is great to be able to shop where the price meets your budget. At these prices you can't go broke and you come away with stuff you really need. Even picked up a dime on my way out ?)i(

No greeting when I came in, from not 1 of the 3 ppl that saw me enter the store. Instead, I was able to hear negative and profane language amongst 2 employees, about workplace issues, who may have been a part of management, the ENTIRE time I was in the store, WHICH WAS ALMOST AN HOUR! When I mentioned it to one of the two, and suggested that they turn on some music or something, so the store wouldn’t be SO QUIET that we can hear everything they said, it was as if I insulted her. Customer service and professionalism was unsatisfactory.
