DTLR is a business that consistently provides great customer service and a pleasant shopping experience. The staff, including the managers, are described as very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They assist customers in finding the perfect products, whether it's shoes or other items, and ensure the customers are completely satisfied before they leave. The store is always clean, well-organized, and has a great selection. Despite the occasional influx of busy back-to-school customers, the staff remains understanding and continues to provide efficient and professional service. Customers appreciate the time and care the staff takes to address their needs and often express that they will return to shop at DTLR again.
