It's an APARTMENT!!! I was charged a $30 NO SHOW fee when I was late for my appoinment and sitting in front of her APARTMENT building. On the phone she was cold, careless, and condescending. POOR customer service skills.

I called 5 times over 2 weeks just to schedule an appointment for a groupon I bought. I left messages every time but only got an appointment when someone finally answered. I couldn't even schedule online because their website was down for 4 days. When I arrived at my appointment I watched someone walk inside as I was parking. When I went to the door I rang the door bell and knocked but no one answered. I met a guy in the office above who informed me that people show up for appointments after purchasing groupons a lot and no one ever shows up for them. 5 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start I got a text from my stylist saying she was going to be late. She showed up 15 minutes later (so I had then been waiting for 25 minutes). My nails were done okay and Zuri was very nice but honestly I'll never go back. I was very frustrated.

Horrible customer service. I have tried to schedule an appointment FIVE TIMES and every time they have called saying that they need to cancel my appointment with no explanation. I purchased a GroupOn and cannot get refunded for it.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. I was charged $25.00 no-show fee. I showed up on time for my appointment. After telling me to wait in the waiting room, I didn't hear from anyone. After an hour, I called the number I had for them and left a message that I was leaving. No one ever responded. I was using a Groupon and got a credit on my account, but Envy has not responded to my request for a refund of the no-show charge. I really couldn't report on the service because I never got to that point.

I'm from VA and just moved to GA 3 weeks ago. I was very nervous to try a new salon that I didn't know personally but my experience was nothing short of amazing. You begin with a hair consultation, and my stylist Zuri was able to (accurately) call me out on all of my bad hair care habits. And then proceeded to tell me about ways to fix it and move forward. Her knowledge about hair was so vast and I loved being tended to by a true professional. I got a full sew in with minimal leave out, and it's by far the best one I've had. Not to mention She's a great person you can talk to for hours. I'm a loyal customer to those who do right by me, and I look forward to going back and sitting in Zuri's chair.

I've been trying to restart my locs for years now . I contacted Zuri ,and showed her the style & size I wanted my locs to be ... Made an appointment and she gave me exactly what I wanted. She's the best and very good at what she do.

Zuri is such an AWESOME hair stylist!! I started coming to her facility when I first moved to Atlanta and haven't left. She's great and my hair is ALWAYS FABULOUS!!!
