Incompetent mantaince personal,unaware of how to preform there task, they Don't knock or alert tenents when entering a unit.We tried to discuss a game plan so that we could have AC but he refuses to make logical steps towards improvement of there units.

Infested with roaches they look nice online but it’s not worth the headache or your safety definitely consider it hood.
