Was in this morning, and the guy who checked me out was on the phone the entire time. I needed to ask him about an item that appeared to be out of stock, but had to wait until there was a moment of silence in between his conversation. Even then he wasn’t helpful, because he was more interested in the conversation he was having on his phone. Will not shop here again.

Reduced hours - in case Google isn't updated. Says 9-1 and 4-9, but doors are locked, and we tried at 1254. So, I'm not sure what those hour windows mean (if open or closed....)??♀️

The customer service & overall appearance of this store has dramatically improved. I feel bad I don't remember his name but the guy up front (Jarvis) I believe, speaks to everyone which detours shrink. The store is neat clean and organized. The most impressive thing I experienced. There was a young man stocking some shelves. I asked him where a product was. This young man stopped what he was doing with a smile and didn't make me feel like I was bothering him. Took me to the Isle my product was on. Asked did I need anything else and said "Have a good day sir".. ...I was a Store Mgr. In Florida I know good customer service when I experience it. Y'all keep up the good work I recognize the improvements.

I just left this family dollar. Two of the most rudest and childish cashiers I ever had. I was simply giving 50 cent to cashier for a dollar back, because she tells me they are not giving change. They made the situation so big.

Closed again. Closed on Christmas and now again on New Years. What for? When people need food and don't have transportation. People in the tents across the street.

The new management ( I think I remember his name to be Jarvis) is awesome!!! The store smells fresh and not smelling like musky filth. Thanks for new management!!! The store was actually open on time this morning which is a plus as well. I look forward to the positive turn around at this location! I walked into change this morning and your location and it's awesome.

NEVER OPEN AT OPENING TIME. It’s annoying at this point . Lights on and cars out front but doors locked and nobody up front to open. It’s 25 mins past opening time and I’m having to run around to kill time because doors are locked. Multiple cars coming in and out to the door and turning around. BAD BUSINESS. Online says 8am over the phone 9… which one is it ?

Smelled like weed if you're into that. I did have a super helpful attendant; that was awesome. However, she randomly suggested deodorant...sooooo...idk what that was about. Cause I showered this morning and I KNOW I smell good. Anyway, it was an experience.
