If I could give them a 0 I would 🫣 the place of business needs a cleaning and pest control saw a few roaches. Started on my hair at 12 noon the took 3 breaks finished the top and started on someone else head to keep them from leaving. Told me ma'am someone else going to finish the back it took another 35 mins. I were there 7 hrs when it used to take 4 hrs no longer than 5.They stay on phone and breaks longer than they on your hair. It's just not like it use to be seems like now all about the money!! Please take your money to the American braiders where they take pride in they work least your hair will come close to the picture you take them and if they can't do it they will be honest and tell you not give you what they want and take your money!!!!!!!!!

This place is deplorable! The aesthetic of the place is horrible. The paint looks terrible. It’s dirty. The ceiling tiles are stained from water leaks. No air condition. It stinks. There are bugs flying around. If this were a restaurant, I would call the health department. The staff or braiders are rude. At first I tried to blame it on cultural ignorance, but these women are 40-70+ years old…they should know something about the culture they are providing a service for. I was crunched for time so I stayed to have my hair braided. Two people braided my hair and it looks like two people braided my hair. These braids look terrible. Luckily, you cannot tell unless you are close to me, but they are definitely coming out after my event. Spend your money elsewhere people….they need to do better.

I understand they was about to get ready to close but never have I been tried like this for $70 (also had a wash) something kept telling me to take a pic of the back of my head. I was so disappointed, I never had a braider to take my hair down but I had to this one time. She didn’t put any effort into doing it. Slap black gel on it and that was it. I will never ever ever go back ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

Worst place I’ve ever been to. Went in for some twists and showed them exactly what I wanted from my previous hairstyles but got the worst set of dirty looking twists I’ve ever seen. I’d give zero stars if I could. Absolutely horrible.

I had four braid, and when it was time for me to wash, my hair was so stiff from the product they put in my hair. Conditioner can't even get it out. I had a hard time combing my hair out . I will not be going back to them .

I have been going to Fatou's in Stonecrest for at least 10 years. The service has been extraordinary. I have remained satisfied with the service I have received, especially from Ouley. The ladies are personable and they work hard and well together. The pricing is reasonable as well as the time it takes for the service to be completed. My braids last and continue looking freshly done. I will continue to patronize this location. The hours of operation work well for working patrons. I often receive compliments on my hair and I am always pleased.

Found this shop by chance & been coming every since whenever want my hair crocheted or cornrows. Everyone friendly. Been coming almost a yr now. Ouley usually does my hair. Love it! Prices great!

My favorite braiders are Emily and Bossi!! This shop does a phenomenal job and they are very neat and timely. I called one day in advance and the braiders were waiting on me upon my arrival. Love this shop!
