It was pretty simple except, make sure you secure your package because they won't even offer you some tape to tape up your package. You'll have to buy tape to complete your shipment.

Although short staffed, the ladies tonight went out of their way to assist me with my FedEx needs. I truly appreciated the extra effort they took in assisting me with locating a label holder, so that I didn't have to purchase tape in order to mail off my pre-labeled package. Excellent customer service!!

I was told by a store employee "Mrs. Jean" that I needed to go to FedEx because they don't accept letters with shipping labels affixed. She also said the "manager" told her she would he in trouble if she took them. I had to drive further from my house to drop these letters off even though they advertise as a FedEx shipping hub.

This is the worst delivery service EVER! Delivered me a package that wasn’t mine so I try to inform them and they want ME to correct their mistake by dropping it off to them!!!! GTFOHSmh ??
