Worst customer service ever, if the employees you all have working there don't want to do their jobs just get me employees. Very sad!

I had a great experience shopping at this store. They had a really large selection to choose from and the store was clean and presented very well. The staff here are hands down the best. The light skin manager was extremely helpful and very sweet. Customer service is not something you find often and this store has it all figured out. Only thing I didn't like was the lack of staff on duty. There was only 3 people working and didn't really get the one on one I was looking for due to other customers running the poor workers. Everyone remained professional even under stress and lack of help. I will be going back when it's time for a new pair of runners.

Even though they have a cool selection, I think their prices are way to freaking high. I spent 150 on some Nike and I found the same damn sneakers at sneaker King for $85 so no I won't be buying sneakers at JD anymore. Overpriced for nothing.

I experienced the WORST customer service. In all my years of buying sneakers I have never been “told off” by a sneaker salesperson. Ever. How stressful is the job of selling sneakers at a counter on a slow weekday?Salesperson ID# 0348330 at the Stonecrest JD does not seem to appreciate her job, nor value paying customers. This young lady, wearing large black frames (glasses) had a chip on her shoulder from the start— no smile, frown on her face, and just overall unprofessional. She started off very patronizing, and sarcastic. She was impatient and unwilling to listen to my questions about her request for my personal information. After explaining to her that she was missing the gist of my concern, she attempted to engage in a full yelling match at the front counter …she snapped at me— “I KEEP repeating myself…I DON’T HAVE TO REPEAT MYSELF!!” I even tried to break down what I was asking by providing an example of my experience in Home Depot. She angrily said “Well you ain’t in Home Depot!”If I were the owner of this store, I would want to know that a person like this was working on my front counter, of all places, where customer service matters the most. It almost seems like the level of customer service everywhere has taken a hit after covid. People say whats needed in job interviews to get jobs that they hate. I am pretty sure this young lady told leadership at some point during her interview that she would be a great fit for the position. I wonder if they are aware of how she treats people? The rudeness of one rep will cause people to shy away from shopping at a store again. However, it will also cause someone to use every social media platform to encourage others not to shop there either. It’s 2023, you can’t treat customers bad without being held accountable. This rep is bad for business JD. Do better.
